Thanks for the detailed review of the changes you've noticed. Maybe others in your work setting will convert to the standing desk soon. You said you are wearing comfortable shoes, but would you consider getting a work mat? (a generic example I found)
Also I wondered, do you use a computer a lot at home, and if so would a standing desk be preferable for you in that setting?

I used EVA foam, this stuff And it was very light! I had no trouble wearing it all day, except that it was a little harder to breath with how i made the mask xD

They make the rubber flooring for garages that I've thought would work well in vans. Unless there are some hard edges you are trying to accommodate, I imagine that it would work well for you. This is just a quick sample, but search around for the different thickness, patterns and colors. https://www.amazon.com/IncStores-Standard-Garage-Protecting-Parking/dp/B00ZS8CC1E/

The OEM rubber mats aren't a bad choice. You can order them straight from Hyundai for about $60. I went through their Amazon vendor. They aren't meant for the 2010, but they still fit. I know because I have a 2010. Genuine Hyundai Accessories U8130-2M100 Front All Weather Floor Mat for Hyundai Genesis Coupe https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008KZK8F4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_g18VEiEKoGcJG

This is all you need for jumping rope, if you’re able to confine your activity to the anti-fatigue vinyl mat, over which your jump rope would slide right over, as it would on wood. On a hard surface, this thing would not move around. Also, this thing would be so much better for your knees than wood. At under 20 bucks, it might be worth trying.
