Yep! They are these pens from Amazon and I like them a lot!

u/u-a-everything-bagel · 7 pointsr/TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

The sparkle pens look like these.

Edit: further down OP has a comment with links to the pens, oops lol

TUL Retractable Gel Pens

These are my fave by far. Wayyyy less smeary than G2’s.

u/StrawberryTea · 6 pointsr/Thritis

I have this to help open pop top cans and this for saran wrap/cling film (which, frankly, even non-arthritic people love). They also have versions for foil and parchment paper. I also really enjoy my Dr. Grip pen.

u/dmccauley · 5 pointsr/minimalism

I always use the Uni-Ball Singo 207 Blue
It certainly isn't as minimal but those crystals just hurt my hands
(Yes I grip to tightly but it's a hard habit to break)

For all the pilots get the refill cartridges at Staples cheaper than online.

Good (cheap) ink brands are noodlers, waterman's, diamine, and Parker.

Also r/fountainpens is a good resource.

For me, either the Pigma Micron 01 Black, or the Uniball Signo Micro 207.

Though, from this sub, I'm bracing for a thousand comments related to Fischer Space Pens.... ;-)

u/dnullify · 4 pointsr/TheMightyPen

You should be able to find the 4-pack combination pack locally that includes a green pen.

It appears that's the only way they're sold, from what I can tell.

u/theorhettical · 4 pointsr/EDC

This is a horribly subjective question, and I expect there to be no right or wrong answer. Some people carry a "cool looking" pen and never use it, and some carry whatever and use it frequently.

I personally use a Uni-Ball Signo 207. It's a gel pen that writes extremely smoothly, and holds comfortably in my hand. I keep them everywhere, pocket, home desk, work desk, jeep etc.

u/inheritor · 4 pointsr/UBC

I've been using Uni-ball 207s for years. I always make sure I have a good supply especially around midterms and finals.

u/Charliethebrit · 3 pointsr/math
u/sunflowercompass · 3 pointsr/LifeProTips

Yeah they aren't great but they work fine for people who don't care for their pens.

For personal use I now use the [Uniballs Jetstream (3 for $9)] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002FSZP5A/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

My favorite for years was the [Pilot Dr. Grip Limited $6/1] (https://www.amazon.com/Pilot-Retractable-Platinum-Metallic-36272/dp/B0000AQOA1/ref=pd_sim_229_17?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B0000AQOA1&pd_rd_r=Y9VG2SEYTNGV8PHQKQV5&pd_rd_w=QGWBs&pd_rd_wg=nVAZ8&psc=1&refRID=Y9VG2SEYTNGV8PHQKQV5) but you will never ever get that back when you lend it out, and the refills seemed to be poor quality.

u/chris24m · 3 pointsr/PenmanshipPorn

I’m really loving the Tūl pens! Looks like they only go down to a 0.5mm, but they write smooth and dry quickly! They are exclusive to Office Depot in store or they show up on Amazon

u/abow3 · 3 pointsr/pens

I second the Fisher.

Also, you may want to consider Pilot G2 Mini series. It seems to fit the bill for you. As I'm sure you know, they are a highly touted pen, and it's nice to see that they even come in small versions.

Pilot G2 Mini Retractable Gel Ink Rolling Ball Pens, Fine Point, 4-Pack, Assorted Color Inks (31203) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GFJKVY/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_buARwbJWD0W2V

Less expensive than the Fisher. So if one slips out of your pocket, no biggie (just a mini).

u/bilged · 3 pointsr/funny

> Pilot G-2

For cheap pens, I haven't found anything that can touch the [Uni-Ball Signo Gel Grip]

u/Katastrophe26 · 3 pointsr/Embroidery

Not at all. I use frixon erasable pens they’re great cause you can draw on fabric almost like paper and the stitch over it. Once you’re done stitching if any lines are still showing you just take a hairdryer turn it on low heat for a few min and watch the lines disappear!

u/whiski83 · 2 pointsr/southpaws

The ultra-fine tip, .38mm, not only is really nice to write with but has an added bonus of the ink drying instantaneously.

u/JohannesVanDerWhales · 2 pointsr/AskMen

Uniball Signo Gel Grips. Never thought I'd have a pen preference but we had them at an old job, and I special order them ever since.

My favorite gel is the Pentel EnerGel - The Pentel EnerGel Euro has a cap and comes in a 0.35, the Energel BLN74-A also comes in a click with 0.4 point, and it also comes in a 0.3 tip Pentel EnerGel RTX Retractable

u/thetacobella · 2 pointsr/sexover30

Both! They write in one color on light paper and a different one on dark paper!

u/bambihassenpfeffer · 2 pointsr/Handwriting

These are Paper Mate Gel 0.7s. I also have good luck with the Paper Mate Profile 1.4bs, but they are a very thick (1.4mm) line, which some people wouldn't be happy with.

u/themcp · 2 pointsr/pens

I have this Jinhao rosewood rollerball pen and I get a lot of compliments on it, it may be cheap but it looks really stylish. I bought it because I'd just got out of the hospital, didn't want to ink any of my fountain pens because I knew I'm not writing a lot and they'd dry up, and I couldn't find my good Cross pen, so I wanted a cheap but nice rollerball pen to use for signatures and such.

I also have this Cross Edge gel pen on my desk at home. (It's available in a variety of colors for a couple dollars more if you look, mine is blue.) I love it, but I can't tell you other people's reactions because I never take it anywhere.

u/rybl · 2 pointsr/todayilearned

Better yet check out the G2 Limited.

u/Mee-- · 2 pointsr/bujo

Tūl gels are my personal go to. They are smooth, consistent, and quick drying. They are a little pricier, and as far as I know office max is the only brick-and-mortar store that carries them.

u/ANUSBLASTER_MKII · 2 pointsr/ukpolitics
u/princessaverage · 2 pointsr/bulletjournal

Erasable pen! They’ve saved my life so many times. I’ve tried a few different ones and my favorite are these. I like them better than the ones that have the click thing. I remember using them about five or so years ago and these are much better than they used to be. Anyway, I recommend.

u/redcap · 2 pointsr/geek

I used the G2 for years, but found I often broke the plastic clip. I've since upgraded to the G2 Limited. Best purchase ever.

This is what I have (But I only paid $10)

u/LewsTTelamon · 1 pointr/medschool

I fell in love with these pens during my first two years of medical school.

u/GoldenAthleticRaider · 1 pointr/pens

These Uniball Signo refills. I can't believe they don't fit! They're too short? At least that's an easy fix with the libretto. It's easy to place something in it to allow it to fit properly.

u/lotusQ · 1 pointr/slp
u/EmeraldLight · 1 pointr/bulletjournal

Yup, amazon.ca is the only place I can get them now. I meant more of "I can't easily go into a store and have one in my hand in under a minute" when I said I can't find them.

I ordered 8 blue and 2 multi packs last time I was in need, lol. I just find this specific kind to be hard to find, while their new "Ink Joy" pens are easy to find.

u/judyhashopps · 1 pointr/HelpMeFind
u/mechaturtles · 1 pointr/pens

I love my Pilot Dr. Grip, but it is a bit pricy. It writes nicely and feels great in the hand.

u/starryharu · 1 pointr/bulletjournal

For fineliners, I would highly recommend Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pens, in the thinnest tip size. But if you're going to get these, I HIGHLY recommend buying the pack with all 4 tip sizes and picking the one you like best, since a lot of people have different preferences. All the sizes will come in handy at some point for bullet journalling. They're about $10 on Amazon for the 4 pack.

If you're a student and you're planning on using your bujo to write down HW and/or you also wanna be a bit more cost efficient, I recommend gel pens. It gets really annoying to have to switch between a fineliner for writing HW and stuff in my journal and using a pen to take notes or do something for class (which is why I use a fineliner in the summer and a gel pen during the school year LOL). I recommend the Pentel Energel Gel Pen, in the 0.3 mm size. They dry super quick, so they're great to use for highlighting or if you're a leftie. And they look just as nice as a fineliner on your standard journal paper. Also great for taking notes in school because of the quick drying time. To save money, what I do is use an existing pen body I have (I have a zebra sarasa pen body) and just replace the existing ink with Pentel Energel refills. A pack of 12 refills is $11 on Amazon. I bought the refill pack a year and a half ago and still have 5 refills left. Or if you want the actual pen itself, it's $7 for a pack of 3.

Hope this helped!

u/girlfran69 · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

Yay! Congrats on the new job! I think you will like these from my wishlists. (they're from Amazon.ca but can be easily found on Amazon.com)

I have these cool pens that erase with friction, from Japan: Pilot Frixion

I also really love this lip balm/lip primer, coincidentally, also from Japan. It's very nourishing! DHC Lip Cream

u/katejournaling · 1 pointr/pens

I got these pens off Amazon that are gel (0.5 mm) and dry fairly quickly. I find that if I write my notes and highlight them once I finish taking notes they don't smear! They're pretty good for their relatively cheap price.

That’s one of the kinds on my list. It’s the cheaper one. I’ve also got ones that are more expensive but have refills for the colors you have. If you want some to look at I’ve got them on my list for references. Or I just look up gel pens for adult coloring. Lol.

u/Khan123654 · 1 pointr/pens

I would recommend looking up Karas Kustoms. Their pens are very nice. For the price point you are looking for I would recommend either the Retrakt Aluminum or the Render K. Both of the them are made of durable yet light aluminum and take G2 style refills. This means it will take very popular and easily available cartridges in a variety of types.

For example if you are looking for a needle point roller ball that has smooth ink and writes on demand precise v5/v7 rt will fit.

If your looking for a fast drying gel ink Uniball 207 is a great choice.

If a fine point is what you want Hi-tec-c Cavalier is a popular and great choice as well.

So I would recommend either of those pens because of their versatility and durability.

u/mightbenow · 1 pointr/EDC

I carry around a Cross Edge in green, it's very sturdy and just glides on paper.

u/wtfie · 1 pointr/adhdwomen

I use a Passion Planner and do some bujoing stuff in it, I absolutely love it. You can download the pages for free to try them out, and they frequently have sales for the email list. If you Google it there's lots of creative ways to use it. I get a lot of benefit from the monthly reflection.

I also absolutely love the Pilot Frixion line of pens and highlighters, they're ERASABLE because my schedule changes a lot too! I like this fine point size and colors
