I ordered my case with the purchase of my N5X. I'm not 100% sure if I will keep it, but overall I would say it's a solid choice for someone looking for a wallet phone case.

If you want a traditional experience go for a gourd. I don't use mine every day because its much quicker to clean the ceramic. But the gourd doesn't get hot on the outside as quick which is nice.

There's a company that makes mounts for putting cable boxes behind wall mounted TVs. There are probably other companies with this sort of product too. I don't know if that would work for your setup or not.
I don't know if it's possible to route the wires through the wall to a better/less visible area.
There are some gun safe hidden compartment mantles people will make for you. Google brings up a few. Could also DIY it if you're handy.
Otherwise you could hide it in something decorative like fake books or a box or behind a picture or something.
Looking at a few different options on Amazon Handmade, these are the two I'm considering buying and mixing around or I might just stick with the first one and do the seed packet favors. We're buying push pop confetti poppers and making custom labels for them that will match the seed packets:
