There's a couple of things I have in my kit that I don't see mentioned, mostly medically focused.

Sutures. Good for closing wounds. Make sure to learn how to use them. I have these.

Steri-Strips. Same as above if you don't know how to prep a wound for closure.

Celox Blood Clotting Granule Applicator. I only have one of these but they're basically large syringes with a clotting agent that can stop the largest wounds from bleeding.

I've talked to my personal physician about putting together some RX meds for emergencies. He has written an RX for Cipro and some of the 'cillians but I don't purchase them using my insurance (lest they think I have some incurable disease!). They all fairly cheap anyway.

Sorry Auto-Mod for the URL Shortener

Less than $0.20 per strip.

About $0.08 per pen needle.

Nice A1C. Hope you stay safe.

I DO NOT recommend strips of denim. The fabric is far too thin and might easily get tightened too tight (and thus unable to untie) if she struggles at all. This is exactly why I never recommend silk scarves or other thin fabrics.

Go to Wal Mart and buy their clothesline rope. It's what I used in college and it works okay for very basic bondage. It's not as sturdy as the stuff worked and dyed by pros, but it'll get you by in a pinch in college. It's under $10 for 100ft which is TONS to play with to start.

This rope on Amazon is also pretty cheap!

If you can afford them, please buy safety sheers and keep them on hand while playing with rope. If that is TRULY not an option, please keep normal scissors nearby. I always recommend BRIGHT colors for the handles so they're easy to find in the dark/low light.

Always have open communication with your sub - they should be letting you know if they lose circulation/feeling in their limbs. If it's an emergency, you may need to cut them out of the rope.

I'm on my second Mirena. There was zero pain having the IUD removed and my doc had obviously had lots of practice in the 5 years between because she was really quick and used forceps with rounded tips the second time.

I suggest 600mg ibuprofen with a small snack, and talking to your doc about using this kind of forceps (https://www.amazon.com/V-Mueller-GL680-Straight-Serrated/dp/B06VT9R3N7) rather than this type (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allis_clamp)

I have the Raptors as a combat medic since they issued them to me. I am not a big fan of them, I normally use a $10 pair of shears. I do like the thickness of the blade, it's very sturdy and cuts well. I don't like how clunky they are and the little buttons you have to press to get them to fold. I would go with something like X-shears over the Raptors https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HQP49FS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_heh.BbQF1J4JT

if that needle is for sutures, you may want to get a curved needle and some hemostats, maybe wrap things up in a bandana to keep it secure and it can help keep gauze covered or work as a sling. you got a good foundation though, not sure what other modules you have in your kit, but staying light is always smart. make sure to practice things though, things are usually trickier than the few images they post in guides and know how to do it in case you lose the guide.

I am using locking curved forceps (hemostat), around 12" long, from local surplus store, works like charm for shrimp dishes. It look like this.

Have you considered a sounding kit?
For instance OdontoMed2011 HEGAR 14 PIECES URETHRAL SOUNDS KIT, SURGICAL STEEL URETHRAL DILATOR SET, HEGAR SOUND KIT ODM

They're smooth, from small to large, meaning you can start at what ever side more comfortable for you, and if you want, work your way up to larger sizes.

The s curve of the sounds make it more friendly to the penis. Like it just slides right in. Till at some point, the toy naturally wants to rotate 180 degrees, and then slides in more.

Surgilube is very popular. As stated it's sterile, less chance of infection.

Personally I find Silver by Sliquid works better for me. As in it's more smooth and slippery then Surgilube, less irritation.

You may also want to consider getting some Alcohol Prep Pads. They're a quick and easy way to sanitize hands and sounds before play to help reduce the chance of infection.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't give you medical advice.
You really want to read up on this before using them. For instance, people seem to think if you use the super thin sound, there a greater risk of puncture. Or don't be trying to push in a sound, it should just slide in. If there is resistance, stop, listen to your body, you don't want to puncture something.

Something like that will work great for fish with small mouths like bluegill and trout, but are stout enough for big ol' bass and cats. Plus since they lock at the handles, I can just clamp em onto my clothes somewhere so they are easy to get at!

edit: woops had the wrong link in there. Basically 7" hemostats/forceps -- a bit heavier than your average little guys
