You can get one of those full body suits for around 30 dollars, then decorate that to get a more power ranger look. That's roughly what their costumes were, plus a belt, boots, gloves and a mask

Not pants, but I just saw this online today: the infamous green-man suit in zebra! You probably have to change the color, I can't get the link to default to the zebra print suit for some reason.
