My only complaint is that there is no drainage hole, but I used a diamond-tipped drill bit to make my own pretty easily. I also got a little fox planter and 2 cool geometric ones- it has been a good week for pots!

never thrown a Miku themed party myself, but a good bit of advice I can give is to remember not everything has to have her name or face on it!
Teal/Blue + Black are Miku's primary design colours. a splash of some Hot Pink looks great with those, too! twist some Black + Teal streamers together and hang them up with Teal/Black balloons, get a mixture of Teal/Black plates, napkins, etc for tables. look up "Black and teal party decorations" in Google Images for more ideas! just as an example, the items in this set would look great for a Miku party!
ask friends to wrap gifts (if you're having the kind of party where friends bring gifts!) in only black/teal/blue themed wrappings; pink bows acceptable. also remember that Miku makes music! so music themes (music notes, piano keys, etc) also work well with her general theme, too! you could put this table runner on a table with a teal/blue tablecloth under it for a really nice touch! you can get music note table confetti, too.
if you know your girlfriend has a favourite Miku outfit aside from the standard, consider fitting the party theme to that as well; it might give you a little more to work with.

OP, If you're talking about breast forms... "chicken cutlet" is a dismissive slang term in the transgender community, for those 'cleavage enhancement' pads (look, don't buy) that promise a 1-2 cup size increase, but generally provide little or nothing in terms of results for transgender women. You can tell it's a "Chicken Cutlet" because it looks like a Chicken Cutlet
Others have mentioned birdseed, but if you are looking for diy options, you can also use pantyhose and rice... also lentils, seeds, really any dry grains that won't fall through the weave of the fabric. One thing to keep in mind though, as the grain raises to body temperature, and as the form absorbs perspiration, the grain will start to smell more noticeably as the grain it is. (rice smell if using rice, for example) So when choosing a filler, check the bulk section in your grocery store, and give it a good smell first to see how you feel about it.
DIY "Birdseed" breast form instructions
Another great DIY option (short term) is using large balloons filled with Sodium Polyacrylate gel. Finding the Sodium Polyacrylate is easy, and inexpensive (try science education supply shops online, teachersource, for example - 1lb will last you ages).. the larger balloons can be a hassle to find in a good size. Standard balloons you buy in a toy or party supply shop will be way too small to bother with. The ones they use to put 'stuffed animals' inside of, tend to be better for this. Basically the balloon has to be vaguely breast-sized when completely deflated (think medium sized whoopee cushion), because you won't be putting the gel in under pressure, and you wouldn't want it to 'pop' either... no one wants to find themselves with a bra full of body-temperature applesauce. These might be the right size when deflated, I can't tell
ps, don't use whoopee cushions, they're not well made, and the edge seams tend to fail.
The balloon/gel type, unfortunately can leak, and aren't good for 'full time' daily wear. I've had one leak on me in the past, and yes, I was out in the world (in class at college), and couldn't do anything about it, thankfully it was leaking on the 'skin facing' side. Once I had a chance I took them both out, and zipped up my sweater and just dealt with my personal embarrassment, knowing hardly anyone noticed or cared, then came home and cried. The lifespan of a balloon/gel type can vary, but 3-6 weeks is about as long as I'd trust a set.
If you're willing to go all out for breast forms, some sellers on ebay sell some pretty hardcore breast forms made of silicone, going into sizes well beyond the useless "chicken cutlet' sizes. They can be quite expensive, but you get what you pay for. These look promising, for example, but larger sizes get more expensive, fast. While making my one-last-ditch-effort to deal with my extended time off HRT, I purchased a pair. Based on my experience with breast forms in the past, I ordered a set 2-3 sizes larger than described (because I'm not a small girl).. but imagine my surprise when they arrived, and were actually way too big, and too heavy to be any use to me! So when it comes to sizing, be very careful, and always read the feedback comments.
Can you get pillars and put them on either side of the fireplace. Make a shelf to span the pillars. Just make sure the pillars are higher than the fireplace. Basically you are making a fireplace mantel out of pillars.
This will avoid any conflict with the landlord and save you repair efforts later.

Depending on the size, pun not intended, you want to take the inner fibrous core of one to one and a half (two, I've found, overfills them) large adult diapers. You push the filling into the open end of the balloon then, once filled, slowly add water until you get the right consistency. The inner cores slowly gel up. Tie off much like you would a water balloon.

These make a generous C cup for me, though I have a larger pair. I love the feel of them and use them for live action role play costuming. The feel is excellent and they will warm to body temperature. I've had people take a grope and go "My god, those feel real." It still amused me that my roomy, who is female, likes to play with them when I'm not wearing them as stress relief. As she jokes "They feel better than mine do and I won't get horny playing with them." Not bad for what amounts to $10 forms. I do plan to make larger ones using 48" balloons because I have a 56K cup bra that I actually want to fill for an event in April.
