Bang variety packs for those looking to get started. Download the honey web extension and it'll save you a couple dollars.

Mmmm, Booty Sweat. Taste the thiccness!

Trying to control your girlfriend isn't really a finance question.

The only thing I might recommend is that if she wants to continue this habit, then perhaps she should be buying these products in bulk.

There are places you can buy cigarettes and avoid their taxes making them way cheaper. (ie Indian reservation.)

Look no further my friend https://www.amazon.com/BSN-Endorush-Pre-workout-Caffeine-Beta-Alanine/dp/B074WZLRKY

Now you too can question if it’s the drink or if you just forgot to wash your cammies after the gas chamber.

I can't believe I've been keto for nearly 5 months, and I just tried cauliflower rice for the first time this week. Someone had suggested it when I posted my Thai Basil Pork recipe last week, and I thought, "ehh, why not?" Game changer! It will be so useful in all of my Mexican/Asian dishes. I'm super excited.

No big food plans for the following week. I have some burgers thawed out and ready to grill. Also, my favorite protein powder maker, BSN, just started making low carb protein powders, so I might be having a lot of graham cracker protein shakes this week!

Water mainly. I also have a glass of this to help replenish.

The hydration tabs that CamelBak, Nuun, Gu, etc. make aren't too bad. They're not sticky sweet like Gatorade and offer more benefit than straight water for longer distances. And, bonus, they won't fuck up hydration bladders too bad like Gatorade does.

Nuun also makes an unflavored ones, which aren't too bad.

Bang is by far my favorite energy drink now. They do have 300 mg of caffeine, which I like. I think they taste far better than Monster or Rock Star. My favorite flavors are Blue Razz, Sour Heads, and the Citrus Flavor (which tastes like orange soda). The Pina Colada one is pretty good too. I really like them as a pre-workout because they have a good amount of caffeine but no jitters or itchiness like with many pre-workouts. I really like the sample pack with all different flavors. I get it on Amazon and its pretty reasonable for a 12 pack of them. This is where I order from on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2ra9woz Its almost like having a soda, I don't drink any other energy drink now. Would really recommend that you try them if you haven't already!

I drink a Nuun Sport before each session. Helps keep you hydrated and the little bump of caffeine helps with motivation.

You should increase sodium AND potassium. Get yourself some ZipFizz (https://www.amazon.com/Zipfizz-Healthy-Limited-Blueberry-Raspberry/dp/B0135O6A7Y/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1520007677&sr=8-4&keywords=zipfizz) if you don't mind a little caffeine.

Alternatively, get yourself some Lo-salt and just pour it into some water. You'll get used to the taste.

Whole foods options include cruciferous vegetables and mushroom broth.

Electrolyte Mix

I use this mix I got off amazon because it taste good and is convenient. I salt my foods heavily and drink chicken broth from chicken bouillon if I’m feeling off

Well I was taking 1000mg potassium citrate per day. I had no issues Monday to Thursday afternoon with symptoms but I went to the gym on Thursday and drank my potassium powder drink on the way home, had to pull over and call 911 because my hands were tingling and numb as well as my face. Speech was slurred as well. Drank some pedialyte and everything went back to normal. I think it was the sugars. I’m 26 with no history of stoke or heart issues in either side of my family. I’m 6’2” and 205 pounds so I’m not overtly unhealthy in some obvious way haha. That’s why I believe it was potassium. Also, the next day I drank some more potassium and got the same symptoms again until I drank chocolate milk. That’s when I decided that the best theory for what happened was too much potassium. I looked into the reviews on Amazon for the product and people were reporting the exact same experience. It may have been a citrate reaction I guess? Not sure but I read that once somewhere. I’ve taken magnesium citrate a whole lot before this though. So I’m just reaching out to see if anyone has any ideas.

Found this on Amazon

Most likely the amount of sugar, sodium, carbs, etc, would break fast. I would recommend ordering an electrolyte powder or drops! I just got one off of Amazon here.

u/RescuePilot · 1 pointr/keto

I found an electrolyte powder you can add to water, and it tastes pretty good too.

I will challenge you on that.

If the ingredient list on the amazon listing is correct: https://www.amazon.com/Vpx-Bang-Lemon-Drop-Count/dp/B00ASSEMM6?th=1

Im sure you already know, but the ingredients are listed by highest total amount inside of the product. With that said, creatine is lower on the list than caffeine, and there is 300mg of caffeine inside the can. So the creatine is way below any actionable dose.

Using this logic you can easily see that the amount of coq10 is also way below any usable dose. If the can contains 2% of the RDA of magnesium, that comes out to ab out 8mg, coq10 is WAY below magnesium on the list. So what maybe 1mg of coq10? lol

I use this one...

Five Hour Energy works great for me. I don't like caffeine.

u/albitzian · 1 pointr/todayilearned

maybe we could use the cast of "Tropic Thunder" to do it. Then we'd have some color.

Also, for a great time try Booty Sweat
If you have refined tastes and enjoy carbonation or high fructose corn syrup, an ice cold booty sweat should be your go to drink. I tried it and I kinda liked it and I'm still alive, so that's good.

Just put 50 cents in my paypal, thanks.

So they say they can't tell what the product is, the company has several listed here:

https://www.wakeupnow.com/product

Looks like it has several different products or it is an umbrella company for others stuff.

Here is the energy drink on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/Awaken-Thunder-Energy-Drink-24-Cans/dp/B00HZELR56

The whole thing looks kinda weird but it offers many services like personal services etc. But they seem to have done a pretty large marketing campaign.

So I'm not sure what to be skeptical about here.
