The one I use is pretty old but there are some alternatives like this one or this which does four pair.

I think any cheap DC toggle switches would work. You could use one like this panel mount one. You can drill a hole in a thin piece of metal and put the switch through and the nut holds it on the metal board. https://www.radioshack.com/products/spst-micromini-sw Here is a more polished finished product.
