G903 is hot garbage. My kids have gone through 2 of them in less than 6 months.

Their older G900 still works perfectly and I think those are 2 years old? I think they are on sale for $73. Yes it's 10 bucks more for older tech but sometimes the newer isn't better man, especially in this case.

u/furlonium · 8 pointsr/gadgets

Just checked Amazon, turns out it's a deal of the day right now.

$74.99 for another 13 hours

Hey fellow lefty! I’ve been using this one for quite a while and so far it’s been my favorite mouse.

The G900 is on sale at the minute on amazon I believe https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-Ambidextrous/dp/B01CEFEMFW

The G900 has all of logitechs latest technology, including the lowest input delay of any wireless mouse to date and with the best sensor on the market, I think that it is worth the extra $30, if you feel that it is not worth it then the MX master is a reasonable choice.

edit: on second thought the G403 would be a better choice honestly, here

Some people might hate Razer because of this sub but honestly I don't HATE them but there are WAY better products for (almost always) cheaper than Razer ie. Logitech that have superior build quality and arguably the best sensors just look at both brands wireless/wired options:

Razer $122: https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Mamba-Chroma-Professional-Ergonomic/dp/B013LDTYI6/ref=sr_1_37?ie=UTF8&qid=1522153534&sr=8-37&keywords=mouse+sensor&dpID=31KCKONsHTL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch

Logitech $102: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-Ambidextrous/dp/B01CEFEMFW

The Logitech one has by far the best wireless mouse out in the market and currently its unbeatable in performance.

I think you are the one not being objective and being a fan boy about Razer as well as generalizing that people are sheep in hating Razer.

Also another note about their customer support: Razer takes forever to reply and tries their best to milk more money to do anything. Contact Logitech and you get a reply in 24 hours usually and they try their best to help you out.

Yeah, and it was a pain to find a left-handed mouse. Rule seems to be

  • Left handed/ambidextrous,
  • Wireless,
  • Quality,

Pick 1. "Cheap" isn't an option.

I ended up going with a roccat kova (hopefully this doesn't constitute as "advertising", but if it does I'll edit it out), 'cos it's got buttons on both sides, but it doesn't seem to play nice with anything other than very flat surfaces (hardcover books work, but if you even leave the sleeve on the cursor gets a bit janky a bit sometimes). It's also $50, but that's still considerably cheaper than some options (I'll edit this out too if mods = mads).

I feel like I could probably still find a better one, but this works well enough for now (and it's also gonna be a while before I feel like hassling with trying to find one again)

I love the G602 but there is a better wireless mouse by Logitech, the G900. Super expensive but worth it.

u/Blitzsturm · 2 pointsr/AdviceAnimals

I use a Razer mechanical keyboard and love it... But I've been through about 4-5 super high-end razer mice that have all had trouble with their sensors, had their adhesives release or just generally come apart. I've Been using a Logitech G900 for about 3 years now and it's by far the best mouse I've ever owned; I could make a whole separate post highlighting everything I love about it.

If someone bought me a razer mouse at this point acting like it was in any way superior I'd look them in the eye and say "I hope you kept the receipt for that piece of garbage". So tired of buying something I think will be awesome, then over time the sensor flakes out, I lose accuracy then at some point it becomes unusable. At this point it's definitely not isolated incidents, they all do the same thing for me over time. Then the ones with rubberized grips start coming loose and I've scraped off the crap adhesive and re-attached it with super glue. Never buying another mouse from them.

Now that being said, I've never had trouble with their keyboards (other than spilling a drink into one...) and will continue to use them until something better comes along (haven't been impressed by Logitech's keyboard offerings). I also like the idea of their phone, though wouldn't buy it as I'm a Google Fi user and I like the idea of the razer blade, having a single device that's ultra portable yet can plug into an external GPU for dramatically improved performance. I'll also say I like their branding and image overall. But they really need to address the quality of their mice... Also Synapse is barely tolerable; I loathe the idea of having to "log in" to use a f**king driver.

Logitech g900: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-Ambidextrous/dp/B01CEFEMFW

I think this fits all your requirements and is a quality mouse.

Although the wireless is really nice, it adds a bit of weight so this ends up being around 107g.

u/SpamShadow · 2 pointsr/pcmasterrace

Not in the US they aren't. If you compare Razer mice and mats to other mice of the same type, they come out cheaper. I think the brand just turns people off, and that's fine. Read reviews, some of their products are great. The Deathadder goes toe to toe with the G502 in a lot of reviews, and its cheaper. Some of their products aren't great, I've never heard a good thing about their headsets.

Yep, MX518 was such a great mouse, I had even bought 2

For all my years of searching and testing tons of different mice, the only one that was able to replace my MX518 was the Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum

Great weight, can be used wireless or wired, long battery life, side buttons on both sides are customizable, super precise, and the wheel is sharp, big and has a great click.

The only draw back is that it's a bit expensive, but it's worth the money.

u/Anansispider · 2 pointsr/buildapc

Best wireless mouse that has good reviews is Logitech G900 mouse

It got good reviews from a quake guy and the customer reviews online are good.

As far as wireless Keyboards I'm out of ideas on that one.

The Controller would be fine for games like OW ( all of the games tank heroes are playable on a controller), or Battlefield maybe.

u/DoubleSpoiler · 2 pointsr/pcmasterrace

I like this. I love other accessories because I find them infinitely cheaper to buy, and more fun to experiment with and become enthusiast about.

Desk: Generic brand standing desk. Was standing, now I'm sitting, but I'm thinking about changing back because it hurts my wrist.

Keyboard: Qisan Magicforce 68 Cherry MX Brown | Tai Hao Miami | 2x Fungkey | Purple Grifiti: final product

Mouse: Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum, previously Logitech G502

Mousepad: World of Warcraft TCG Battleground Master - Deathwing playmat, or other playmats. Probably should get a "real" mousemat at some point.

Monitor: Alienware 2310 @ 120hz, BenQ FP241W @ 60hz - Really need to upgrade, thinking about going ultrawide.

Headset: HyperX Cloud Stinger

Chair: Some random office chair, I'd like a racing chair if I don't end up going back to standing.

PC Build - Prebuilt HP Envy Phoenix H9 (watercooled CPU)

  • Intel Core i8 3770k

  • 16GB RAM

  • EVGA GTX 960 FTW 2GB added

    Software:

  • Steam Skin - Pressure2 Dark

  • Other normal gaming software, if anyone has neat softwares I should know about... I need them. I don't like f.lux because color reproduction.

    Other:

  • Blue Prophecy by Scott Johnson

  • Banana hanger for headset

  • Blackweb 2.1 speakers

  • Steam, Xbox One, PS4 Controllers

  • Oculus Rift - Just got this as a gift, really wish I had a card to run it well :(

  • Nintendo Switch - BECAUSE I CAN'T NOT MARIO KART

  • PS4 - Gotten because I had friends who played, now the lady uses it all the time

  • Sigelei Fuchai + Mako Shorty, dual coil @ 0.34ohm, usually 7Daze reds iced or vapingrabbit milkman

Final product. Since this picture, BenQ turned landscape, desk lowered.

Looking for recommendations for wooden wrist rest for keyboard. Also, is it worth getting a Modmic to use my AKG K240HD over my HyperX Cloud Stinger?

edit: Also, DJDAO FP7 EMP stock, DJDAO SVSE5 stock purple LEDs

u/Talks_To_Cats · 2 pointsr/buildapc

Ah missed that you were looking for wireless. In that case the G900 Spectrum would be more relevant.

Corsair has some nice looking options too, and their charging mousepad is on sale atm. Haven't used their mice personally, but I've been happy enough with my other Corsair peripherals to recommend them.

u/olbaze · 2 pointsr/pcmasterrace

>I've been trying to avoid cable clutter on my desk but I wanna know if I should just go with a Logitech G502 which is half the price?

Two things: First, if cost is any kind of concern, do not think about the G900/403/603/703/903. Second, you can alleviate cable clutter with velcro tying the excess and getting a mouse bungee like the Zowie Camade.

The PowerPlay thing is particularly ridiculous, as you're literally paying 100$ for a more convenient charging station. And if your goal was to get rid of cable clutter, the PowerPlay literally has a cable going to it, so the sum is still 1 cable on your desk, just now it's not attached to your mouse.

For reference:

  • G502 is 40$
  • G900 is 113$.
  • G903 and the mousepad comes to 227$ total.

Is paying almost 3 times as much worth a good wireless experience? I don't think so. Is paying more than 6 times as much worth the best wireless experience you can have? I don't think so. Particularly, if you're just looking to reduce the amount of cables on your desk, the PowerPlay lineup does nothing for that, as the mousepad requires a cable: It literally just shifts the cable from the mouse to the pad.

Ok so I have the Logitech G900 picked it up a few months ago but never used it. Does a gaming keyboard really matter. right now I have a regular $20 keyboard.
Should I go pick up a gaming keyboard?

Should I aim with my wrist or my arm? Low dpi or high dpi?

> G900 Chaos

Can be yours for $61 dollars.

The box is scratched.

u/denizenKRIM · 1 pointr/buildapcsales

Amazon has it at $129.99

Still a far cry from the ~$75 you'd get via the BestBuy deal.

u/Ba11erOnABudget · 1 pointr/GlobalOffensive

I've gone through tons of peripherals. I think I'm finally happy with what I have now. I'd prioratize mouse and headset before anything else. Just make sure you get a mouse with a good sensor and hand fit.

Mouse - G900

Keyboard - CM STORM QF

Headphones - Audio Technica ATH-700

Mouse Mat - XXL Soft

Mic - Snowball

Here is the Amazon link.

Just picked this up at my local Best Buy. I am really enjoying it. The wireless truly does seem to be really accurate with no lag (just a few hours of use)

Grab a 1060, should give you quite a nice boost.

Check out the Logitech G900 Very nice mouse. Has gone on sale a few times over in r/buildapcsales lately. At 30% off atm right now, dipped to %50 a few times.

Maybe if enough of us submit a lower price they'll price match?

Go to the g900 product page and scroll down to "Would you like to tell us about a lower price?" and submit the bestbuy link.

Right now the g900, arguably the best mouse out there is at $115 (usually $150) on Amazon

https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Spectrum-Professional-Wireless-Ambidextrous/dp/B01CEFEMFW

That is pretty much top of the line, can be wired or wireless, has a fantastic sensor and pretty much has everything you could want from a Mouse (no RGB light though...)

u/Schmingleberry · 1 pointr/buildapc

I use the front USB ports on my cases for my mouse, and the damn cord always bugs me and touches my wrist or somwhere on my hand. How do you have yours set up? The cord isnt very long to reach all the way behind my desk and under to the back of my computer. Getting sick of this bullshit.

ALSO, I have this mouse It's expensive, feels great and looks great but for some reason the wireless actually blows ass for me. Basically it doesnt function as wireless. Any idea what is causing this? The mouse didnt come with any cds or anything in package. Also my computer is near all of my other hardware, another PC, router, modem, xbox etc.

Lol, I hear you. FWIW, I really do enjoy this mouse. the MX Master is great too. I don't have any experience with the g900, but I have heard great things. The Logitech software is great too.

u/rossipedia · 1 pointr/MouseReview

If you can fing a G900 in stock you can usually get them for around $100 ($105 on Amazon). Same wireless performance as 903, without the wireless charging feature.

Games: Literally everything

Hand Preference: Right

Budget: Prefer for it to be sub $50

Hand Size: idfk who measures their hands

Grip: idk

Weight: Light or Medium

Sensitivity: Preferably customizable.

Additional Details: I'm looking for an extremely quiet wireless mouse, I'm going to often be using this in libraries and stuff. However every wireless mouse I've used has massive input lag. I'm looking for a bluetooth mouse that has low enough input lag to where I don't notice the delay and am able to game on it. I previously bought the Shhhhhhh mouse but the input lag is seriously just ridiculous. Even for basic navigation with a high sensitivity it's extremely obvious and annoying especially because I'm a gamer. In games you mine as well use the trackpad on my laptop cause that mouse ain't doing shit game wise. Even for isometric games.

So basically
