The HAF 912 is a great case, and it definitely has room for tall CPU coolers like the Hyper 212. I'm also using the same PSU, and I would suggest getting something like this to help cable management, or else your 4-pin mobo cable will have to cross the inside of the case, which could hinder air flow. Other than that, it all looks good.

Not positive what you mean by 'VCC+/- Main adapter' but I'm using one of these to adapt an ATX power supply to my printer.

That's correct, but you'll have the 6 (I think there's 6) on the back of your motherboard.
I'm not sure if your motherboard has the headers to support the front USB.
Also since Dell machines are built to an exact spec, the PSU cables are kind of measured out. See in your first photo, the PSU is at the top and there's A 4 pin plug that goes in beside the CPU. It's almost exactly to length, and if you look at the case you linked, the PSU is on the bottom of the case, so that cable would not reach from the bottom of the case.

I'm not trying to put you off it, just don't want you trying to transfer parts only to find the PSU cables won't reach.

Yeah, Sorry, but you are labeling the wrong cable. If you did have a PCI-E Extension Ribbon that was threaded, I would pay 35 Dollars. But honestly, thats worth 5-10 dollars there...
