I have a UTG QD bipod on one of my rifles. link

I've shot great groups with it on an AR15 from a concrete table. The QD mechanism gets loose easily, and it has some consequent give from side to side. If you want to just shoot from stable positions, cool. If you're thinking of putting this under a 15lbs plus rifle and shooting from barricades and stuff, I might say go with something better.

I put one on one of my ARs for a bit, but found it a bit clunky. A cheap QD bipod paired with a 3-slot pic rail did the same job and let me move it around between a bunch of rifles, which was nice.
