Dog walking (minimum investment for poop bags, leashes, etc) OR flipping items on Ebay/Craigslist.
And I'm all about the 2nd one and here's why:
You're 15 so I'm sure you have a better aesthetic for photography and presentation than others older than you.
As an example of this, I bought inflatable emoji balls from Amazon - a pack of 12 for $12. I then turned around and sold them individually for $10 each on Craigslist and eBay. Craigslist surprisingly did the best and my best customers were grandmothers buying the balls for their grandkids who went CRAZY over them.
Who knew?...
So $120 off of a $12 buy-in.
Doing this over and over again helped me pay off a 4-figure credit card.
Hope this sparked some ideas for you.
Here in middle Europe we use the Mikasa VLS 300 it's nearly impossible to destroy that ball.
Biggest I can find is 12 feet in diameter
You already know the answer, of course it's 10 of These
Anyone want to pool money together so we can get one of these Giant Beach Balls?

has a 12'' diameter, and weighs 0.019 kg. It will float if the weight of a 12" sphere of helium plus the 0.019 kg of the plastic is lighter than the same 12" sphere of air.
The volume of a 12" sphere is 0.127 cubic meter. Air weighs 1.225 kg / cubic meter, so that volume of air weighs 0.1556 kg.
Helium weighs 0.1645 kg / cubic meter, so that volume weighs 0.02 kg.
The ball of helium then weighs 0.04 kg, while the air is much heavier at 0.1556 kg, meaning the ball of helium will float.
Ultralight pool floaties?
Anyone ever dream of floating on a lake with a beer in hand and a sub 10lb baseweight?
What I'm thinking but I don't have a weight on them: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NPWKFYP
Why:
-- they look like they can pack up fairly well (no large plastic parts)
-- I don't mind getting wet when hitting alpine lakes
-- looks light?
Anyone done work on this important problem?
It's this one
Well if that is the case then the diameter would be 7.639 feet, or about 7 feet 8 inches, making that guy seem short again.

You see that you are technically correct, which is the best kind of correct.
So here’s the amazon listing check it out
Looks like it is measuring around the circumference - which in my opinion makes “pole to pole” misleading....
In case anybody was interested, the price has been lowered!

Boom
Lasertag? Paintball? Summerdance? Pizza party? Build forts in the office and have a sleepover? Trapeze?
Personally with that budget, I'd buy everyone water pistols, a 12-ft beach ball, rent out all the quadcycles you need and bike to a beach and have a kick-ass beach picnic party with concealed booze and have dinner delivered.
Fuck yeah, I'm gonna do that for my birthday now.
This belongs here
So I was getting excited and did some amazon shopping. I'm posting some links to some things I found.

These guys filed it
Sorry to burst your beach ball but a 12' beach ball doesnt weigh 12 lbs. I'm assuming you saw this "12 ft beach ball" on amazon since in the specs it says it weighs 12.9 lbs. After looking at the reviews it seems like that ball actually has a 7-8 ft diameter, and the 12 ft mentioned is really just half the circumference.
The description even says 12 ft measured from pole to pole and theres a pic showing how it was measured.
For $6 you can get a death star that lights up. The Celebration one does not, as far as I know. I have the light up one, and love it. They also have a massive one for $20.
