Melodiya sells new records and CDs so they would be the first place I would check. Some of these other suggestions are better for used music.

But honestly, if you can't order it yourself online it's not super likely that a store here can do it either.

I found Chase & Status - Brand New Machine on CD and it seems like they'll ship it to my door in Calgary. I made it all the way to "place your order" and selected standard shipping. The vinyl won't be available until October 21st, but you can pre-order it.

And here is Feed Me - Calamari Tuesday on CD. The vinyl also has a release date of October 21st but it's not yet available for ordering.
