I second the suggestion of shoe stretchers. Also, They have a shoe stretching spray as well. Double up!! I've been able to stretch sz.8 shoes to fit my sz.9 feet before!

So, I just picked this up off Amazon:.

The thing is legit. Sturdy, very thick canvas, clearly built for abuse. I also picked up one of the zipper duffels, too, because fuck it. Its cheap and I would MUCH rather have a side load than the top loads I've gotten from the military. Both of them came with d-rings, which was a must have for me.

WELL worth the very low price in both instances. They aren't water proofed, but you can easily apply wax for cheap, which is something I intend to do. I'm not sure how much life you'll be able to squeeze out of it, but they're very solid. I honestly don't know how they're selling them for as cheap as they are.

Neither of them came with a shoulder strap, though, so I bought this one.

Don't use the apron that hangs around your neck at all if it's causing you pain. Just wear the one that wraps around your torso!

but smaller. And the big pockets are just big enough to fit a hard cover book in comfortably. So it's not too big or too heavy, for a daily purse, but still has room for my stuff, some stuff for my toddler, and the odd pretty pebbles or leaves she hands me to carry for her.

I own rifle cases like that, and none of them would suit my needs. While long enough... they are just too thin (I have lots of leather straps, floggers, etc).
