Yep ... lots of kids sized ones available.
I'm in one now and very strongly dislike it. It's a massive hit to productivity. Whenever I change jobs, this isn't an absolute dealbreaker, but I will weigh it heavily.
I personally use these:

They don't really help though because there are constant visual distractions and people interrupt you constantly.
I work from home one or two days a week and tend to save all of my heavy development tasks for those days.

My experience has shown that NOT to be the case. And I know I'm not imagining things because the NRR numbers listed on Amazon clearly show a difference between electronic and passive:
What other folks have said is reasonable, but they haven't remarked that even though the miter saw will be used the most in your project, you'll want a jigsaw or small handsaw for detailed cuts at different places.
Miter saws are pretty loud regardless of amperage. I bought something like this for my daughter when she's around my tools or other loud noises. I would just make sure the saw is outside and your baby is inside when using it.
Another thing that wears me down during the day is mental fatigue... performing a repetitive task for hours on end, even if it’s not physically exhausting, makes me so tired by the time I get home where I can’t get the motivation to do anything.
I got this pair of Bluetooth Ear Pro as a gift a few years ago and it makes a huge difference. AM/FM reception sucks, but the day goes by so much faster when you can play podcasts & music from your phone. Sometimes I forget it and I only do one job before I swing back to the house and pick it up.
In that case, this model is $151.20 shipped brand new from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L15HQ8L/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_TbSJDbG0TE3BH

You can also try protection earmuffs. They are not expensive and some of them do a great job in blocking noise. Many of the models on amazon have reviews from people with sensory processing difficulties. I got those recently and when I combine them with earplugs, I don't hear anything. They are not that great on their own though.
A friend just gifted me these. They are ridiculously big but do an awesome job of blocking noise.
i have a set of the nitroears ,but they are well outside what you are looking at.
i would reccomend buying both of these off amazon and seeing how they fit.

if you get ahold of the guy at nitro ear, he can make you a custom insert that holds these above items, but is molded to your ear. kinda hybrid situation - http://www.nitroear.com/
the 3m's are terrible, the ghost ear are terrible. i tried both and due to how my ears are, they didnt fit right.
I have a drummer friend who has suffered a bit of hearing loss. He has primarily switched to an electronic kit but I've also seen him put on earbuds underneath something like this when playing his old kit: https://www.amazon.com/Pro-Sho-34dB-Shooting-Protection/dp/B01FL5BQGA/ref=sr_1_1_sspa

He also makes his kids wear hearing protection when they play the acoustic drums or go to concerts now.
This really isn't a great deal. I would pay $1 more and get the Walker's Razor Slim.

Teal is the cheapest (Amazon, free shipping). Gun.deals will find you some around $35 but I'm not sure of the shipping charges.
I've got two pairs and love them. Very comfortable and compact. I use this hard case for them with sets of eye protection, and keep those in my range bag.
