Okay OP,
I’m going to help you out here and answer your questions…

What is this military gear in this picture?

This picture contains 3 main pieces of gear:

OPS INTEGRATED BATTLE SHIRT 2.0 IN RANGER GREEN $68

OPS ENHANCED COMBAT CHEST RIG IN RANGER GREEN $145

OPS ELF PACK 2.0 IN RANGER GREEN $82

Total $295+shipping and tax

To answer your other questions

The headset looks like a Silynx Clarus ($249), and the radio it would be attached to is anyone’s guess.

The blue thing is a dummy or training handgun made of blue plastic. It’s there to show where a side arm would be carried.

Now, looking through some of your other questions…Oh, boy and there are many. Allow me to help you out.

Who is more equipment verses between Captain America and Deathstroke? Captain America always wins. Even against Deathstroke. Because Marvel > DC

Christ you ask a lot of questions about comic book characters...

Why do 1:6 scale figures cost so much? Because pussy repellent isn't cheap.

Will grasshoppers eat your clothes? Fuck yeah they will. So make sure to punch them in their little dicks.

What if we combined the speed of light and speed of sound together? You get Light Sound. But keep that on the downlow. It's classified. The Mods might ban you for that.

What are the breast size of Ahoska Tona? B cup

And one final question you haven't asked, but I will answer anyway...The cure for my hangover tomorrow will be a spicy Bloody Mary and some waffles.

You're welcome.

I’d get online and look at ones made for shooting guns, the Walkers brand (sorry I work for them so slight promoting) has good foam plugs that are 32 NRR.

You can buy a 200 count box for $25 on amazon

Walker's Foam Ear Plugs (200 Pair Box) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003K2LT14/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_bz-mDb2YD2NSM

That’s almost as cheap as my employee discount lol...

I have been using the Surefire EP4 with the little stoppers undone. They took me a bit to get used to putting them in, but they work pretty well for me without blocking too much of what I need to hear. It's like being in a kind of noisy car with the windows down.

EDIT: I accidentally linked to the large model when the medium is more appropriate for most people.

I’m in the UK but hopefully you can find the equivalent where you happen to be.
This one is light & cheap. It doesn’t block everything but enough:

These are the hardcore ones. No noise whatsoever, but heavier:

Hope these help.

If you're caucasian, then you might want to consider these
I personally prefer flanged ones, but if you want discretion...

Read "protection" and instantly thought of this.

Take a look at Sure Fire EP4. I keep a pair in all of my range bags. While they likely won't offer the level of reduction as over-ears, they are awesome for rifle shooting as they will not obstruct your cheek weld. Only problem I've had is that they only last about 3 months (I shoot 2-3 times a weeks) until they get too limp (lol) to go inside of your ear firmly.

Edit, EP5 is money too and has a bit more reduction.

You can, I use these. Doesn't matter much either way, depending on how much you go the throw-away ones might be cheaper since you get a big pack of them for so cheap.

I use these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001V2R022/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also have these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007FKYBP8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The best thing about the first set is that they have a 24dB NRR, which is plenty for my naked bike on the highway, but the little built in filter allows me to hear regular things (like having a conversation or listening to music with the Sena thingie).

I definitely go for more than a 12dB NRR. I'm considering full custom earplugs, but those work for the moment.

Plus, they double as gun range ear protection too (though I wouldn't use anything less than the 30dB for an indoor range, 24dB/26dB is fine for an outdoor range).

One of the triggers for my migraines is sustained loud noise. It's almost like the volume keeps bouncing around in my head, making it seem as things are getting louder. I carry a small aluminum case that holds earplugs with me when I'm going to sporting events and wedding receptions (stupid DJs want to turn all of the music up to 11). Even with earplugs I sometimes have to leave the source of the noise. If you want to see what I carry, here's the link to what I bought: Mack's Hi Viz Soft Foam Shooting Earplugs

Not a motorcyclist, but use loud things from time-to-time. If you don't want custom, I find Surefire (see Amazon) are great. They block out a lot but have an extra opening to allow more sound in if you want. Also great for concerts. Great fit, hygienic, easy to clean. Different sizes
