If you're fidgety and have a common size, you can opt for a spinner ring which use a separate metal band inside of a channel which can spin freely. You can also try a silicone ring which should fit tightly, but will be stretchy so you can easily take it on or off.

I googled for unique 3 stone rings and found essentially this ring being sold on amazon but with cz's and a asscher instead of princess cut stone I thought it was pretty. It's basically 3 solitaire rings that can be worn alone or together. I was thinking maybe after the holidays I would get more stone shapes so I can change up the look (more combinations). Silicone rings are an amazing substitute along with your normal wedding ring for people who do a lot of manual labor. You don't have to constantly be taking your ring on and off. Plus they're dirt cheap.
