Hmm.. I've run into this problem before. Did you turn it off and turn it back on? If that doesn't work buy this model plane and use this bandsaw to carefully remove the wings. After that use some good ol' multipurpose duct tape to attach the wings to your tabular device. Then, make it rain with some Red Bull, pour it directly on the device (remeber Red Bull gives you wings, the other wings are just a trap). Now turn on airplane mode and release your device from a ten story building.

My experience: 10/10 would do again

And if for some reason your dick gets ripped off because of unclear instructions just use the duct tape you purchased to put it back together.

TL:DR Duct tape fixes everything

Not sure if this is what OP was talking about but I love Neuro Sleep Tangerine Dream . It's got a low dose of Melatonin along with other natural supplements. It won't knock you out like a benadryl or anything, but in my experience, takes the edge off to help you get to sleep.

Research before use if you're nursing. I know melatonin can mess up baby's natural sleep rhythm but this only has 3 mg per bottle so idk

Neuro Sleep provides 3 mg of melatonin per bottle. Melatonin is not recommended for children or women who are pregnant or nursing without the advice of a physician.

Edit: Apparently they changed the formula FROM 9g of sugar TO sugar-free and so the taste has changed. I haven't had the sugar-free version so I'm not sure how it will taste, the old formula was great though. If you can find the OG formula (with 35 calories instead of 15) in Target I recommend that

u/asunshinefix · 3 pointsr/EDFood

Yes! It's this one. It tastes like raspberries to me.

u/mmiski · 3 pointsr/freebies

I also want to add that there's a tangerine flavor (found some at my local Wegmans). I finally got a chance to try it and personally I wasn't a huge fan of the taste. I was expecting the mango one to taste sweet, which it did... but it also had a mediciney/bitter aftertaste.

However I will say that it knocked me out pretty good after I finished the whole bottle. Normally I'm very skeptical about these types of drinks and the effect they have. It could've just been a fluke but I genuinely felt tired and sleepy 15-20 minutes afterwards. Either way it's free and it's worth a shot.

I've been told that Neuro Bliss is the one to go for if you're looking for good taste. Apparently it helps you relax, and would probably have a similar effect.

u/stupidoldman · 3 pointsr/askgaybros

yeah and this too

u/ninjosh97 · 2 pointsr/keto

Hey man, glad to see you too are ready to face this problem! I made my "getting started" post about a week ago (lots of useful advice in the comments, check my post history).

I'm 20 years old, 6'4" and (was) 500lbs even. As of now, 3 days later, I've already dropped 5.8 lbs! I went into ketosis pretty quickly (around 36 hours).

Yes, I am new, but here's what I've been doing that's helped me so far:

I was pretty worried about the keto flu, so I've been guzzling smart water with the Mio mix everyone talks about here.

https://www.amazon.com/Mio-Electrolytes-Vitamins-Liquid-Enhancer/dp/B01I5RNCPO/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1526845176&sr=8-3&keywords=mio+electrolytes

(It's cheaper at the grocery store).

I'm obviously not an expert, but I would say, yes you do need to up your electrolyte intake.

My calculated values are pretty high as well.

Everyone says to use this calculator:

https://www.ruled.me/keto-calculator/

I got:

2957 calories

247g fats

20g carbs

164g protein

In your post you said 20-30g of carbs, according to other's advice, you should really try to keep it under 20, at least for the first month. So far, it really hasn't been that hard.

Another thing I've been surprised about is that the whole "fat is more satiating" thing is 100% true.

I ate 3 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 sausage links, and string cheese for breakfast and it was 865 calories! Yes, that's quite a bit of food. About the size of my old breakfasts minus the bagel. See, what I'm doing is eating a big breakfast, a small snack in the middle of the day, and a pretty large dinner. I've been coming about around 1500-2200 calories every day, which is over a 50% deficit, and I'm not even really hungry!

So yes, it's pretty daunting at first, but it isn't so bad when you start.

As far as the medical stuff goes... I'm pretty useless. I'm sure there are others on this sub that will pop up and chime in. I'm a bit younger than you, but I haven't had any issues so far.

Also, according to some advice I got in my thread, we need to do IF (intermittent fasting). It will help with the weight loss, but more importantly, it will help make our skin less baggy when the weight comes off. I'm currently planning on getting surgery since I'm so young, but we'll just see when we get there. It doesn't happen so some people.

I was really confused about the IF thing, everyone kept saying do 16-8 IF. Basically, all that means is that you block off 8 hours of the day and eat all of your food during that time, and nothing else.

Other random tips:

-You said you bought kitchen gadgets, so you probably already did this, but GET A KITCHEN SCALE. It makes tracking food 1000x easier. Also, I got myself some personal measuring cups/spoons that I keep in my bedroom so that I always know they are clean when I need to make food.

-There isn't a lot stuff (that I've found at least) that's super quick to make. I personally am not too into sacrificing my Sundays for "meal prep", but I have started making things in bulk, like 10 chicken breasts, a whole pack of bacon, or a dozen boiled eggs that I can eat on for a few days.

-Portioning out snacks is helpful, snacks are probably the hardest department of keto.

-Don't give up and don't cheat!-I've been spending a lot of time on this sub and it's helping me stay motivated.

Let me know if you have any questions! Good luck!

They are normally sold at gas stations and the like. They promote themselves as a "natural" way to alter your mood. They have one for better sex, more energy, and the one for sleep.

I'll take NaturesPlus supplements and do lots better than ''healthy eaters''.
I get more nutrition than healthy eaters, by far.
No other supplement company compares.
They aren't even in the same ballpark.

The key is how they make their supplements.

I've taken melatonin. I took 5mg and it did help me sleep. But it also gave me very, very, very vivid dreams. Sometimes very disturbing dreams? So there's a trade off.

There's also these Neuro Sleep drinks. They're based on melatonin and have some other ingredients as well. I haven't had them very often, because they're a little expensive at $2 a bottle... I don't remember having particularly vivid dreams afterwards though.

I've also heard about LUNA sleep aid pills. It looks like the same ingredients as what would be in a tea, though. There are some reviews from people with PTSD who say it helped them.

Honestly! I'm gonna say, getting to sleep isn't my problem. My problem is sleeping too much! So I'm probably not the best person to give advice about this at all...

If a car is driving off of a cliff, an accident can be made. Some are fatal and too quick to take back like Darius Morde being unleashed at world's. Went too close to the edge and went off. Shit sucks.

However, this car. This motherfucking car. Oh man, this thing has been driving cross-country for 3 days straight on a combination diet of imbibement consisting of monster energy, meth, weed, razzles, and Drank to take the edge off, and no one was around to stop this poor hillbilly fuck that no one talks to from deciding to end it all and drive off a cliff.

This truckdriver had a family dude. I mean not much. But don't Uncle Barbecue and the Boys matter? HUH?!

This isn't some game...LIVES ARE ON THE LINE MAN! THEY'RE DYING

u/Gundam14 · 2 pointsr/loseit

Water will help you - no joke. If you're able, pick up this Blender Bottle When I first started losing weight, I was told (ordered would be a better) to drink about a gallon of water a day. A gallon looks like a lot, but three refills of that Blender Bottle I linked made it a lot easier take to complete. I also recommend getting some MIO water flavouring or any type of water flavouring, it doesn't have to be MIO. It made the job of drinking a gallon of water easier to do.

Ninja Edit: If you can't pick up one - DM message me. I often break these bottles because I'm one clumsy fucker. I have a extra around here, I'll send it out to you.

u/JoudiniJoker · 2 pointsr/GastricBypass

The caffeinated ones, I’m sure. But there are a zillion flavors out there. My favorite happen to be [lemonade ](MiO Lemonade Liquid Water Enhancer , Caffeine Free, 1.62 fl oz Bottle https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007GE42P2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_dPgSDb88EN7VK) and [orange vanilla](Mio Vitamins Orange Vanilla (Pack of 4) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01838F9XS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_LQgSDb0HYPM90).

You are right though, Mio has caffeinated drinks that you’d want to avoid, like [these Mio Energy flavors.](Mio Energy Water Enhancement - Variety (Pack of 4) Strawberry Pineapple Smash, Tropical Fusion, Acai Berry Storm and Wicked Blue Citrus https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017Z8900K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_6SgSDb38D242D)

And more to my point before, I mentioned Mio because it’s so well known. When I actually looked for them in the store I was genuinely surprised at how many flavors and brands there were. Most of them (or a lot, anyway) are carb-free.

Edit: I seem to have messed up the inline coding for the links. I’m too lazy to fix it, though.

I drink mine out of mason jars that has 24oz so I'll give a recipe for that size. You could make it in big bottles and pour out portions.

24 oz water - filtered
3 squirts Mio - Electrolytes
1/4 tsp LiteSalt

Mix and enjoy!

Mio I used; https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I5RNCPO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_SdFLybDCE63AX

Hi,
I feel you on the diphenhydramine, I used to eat them like candy and now I can't take 50mg without it giving me Restless Leg Syndrome, which is horrible.
Don't know if you're aware but just in case you're not, melatonin has diminishing returns, so you won't be able to take a product like Luna or anything else containing melatonin very often. When I do take melatonin I have found this Neuro Sleep Drink works really well for me.
Other than that, I have no solutions for you, but I hope it eases up a bit soon, it sucks.

I make a smoothie with about a cup of spinach spring mix a banana some frozen strawberries and spoonful of hemp seeds and a serving of this in water.

How would you rate it?

u/mathwizard420 · 1 pointr/BipolarReddit

Never tried it, but I HAVE tried something called "blood", I believe it may be similar, and I spent the entire night running around screaming and blabbering and running in circles jumping off of the deck and the neighbors came over and complained so I probably won't do that again.

Here is a pic

I'd prolly advise against it

This is kind of my specialty. I'm a tugboat captain and I don't stand a set watch because where I work, my mates are on a normal rotation and I show up whenever we have some actual ship or barge work to do. My trick is an apple and a B-Vitamin. I prefer the apple to be out of the fridge, cold, and a little on the sour side. If I'm going to be working for several hours (some jobs can take up to 13) then there's a shake I buy on Amazon called Source of Life that's almost a meal by itself and a huge dose of B-Vitamins.

I also practice mindful meditation periodically through the day. I incorporate it into mundane tasks that don't require other brain power, like brushing my teeth or making a cup of tea.

You should have crossposted this to the /r/startrek.

USS Enterprise cake is a necessity.

But the real fun comes in the food the various alien races eat.

Romulan Ale is a very potent bluish drink. There is an energy drink on the market called "Romulan Ale" but it was used to promote the movie. You can find a few cans of it here but your best bet is to make some using lemonade, blue curacao, vodka and triple sec.

A really good source for you though would be to go to K'Tesh's Klingon Recipe Pages. It's a really crappy website...not gonna lie but I think it used to be on geocities. You'll get some good ideas there for food and drinks.

As for music, there are a number of good choices. I highly recommend Spaced Out: The Best of Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner. It's pretty hilarious with lots of Trek-inspired music. You can also get all the movie soundtracks. It's too bad but I really don't know of any Klingon music available for download or for purchase.

Think Geek was selling the TOS Tunic Tees - not sure if they have any left in stock. Matching outfits!

As for games, dabo was quite popular at Quark's on Deep Space 9. Players bet to win bars of gold pressed latinum. Dabo is similar to roulette. Get a roulette wheel and bet with gold wrapped candy bars?

Another game that was incredibly popularized in the Trek universe was poker - specifically in TNG.

Can I come to your dad's party? This sounds like so much fun. I wish my dad was into Trek.

I have to say I had some I’ve the same issues you guys were having but once I put myself on a strict bedtime it started calming down. I now get 8-10 hour sleep everyday and my brain is so much happier for it.

So I’m sure everyone has suggested melatonin to you. But I discovered Purple drAnk you can sometimes find them at ghetto gas stations in the energy drink section all the way up at the top. I never couple get through a whole one without passing out. It looks like they have made a mini “5hourenergy”-like version as well might be worth checking out. I always bought these three at a time at the start of the work week.

Remember the only way out is through and sleep well

u/isador · 1 pointr/ChronicPain

Amitriptyline or Tizanidine work for a couple of months and then stop working. So I usually juggle them. Other sleep meds just do not work.

Not only do I have trouble falling asleep but I wake up and it can take hours to fall back to sleep.

I found Neuro Sleep that works so much better than just melatonin. They are nasty but one of these and my medication and I typically have no problem falling asleep or waking up in the middle of the night.
