They sell something like that.

It has an 18650 in it and recharges with the sun.
For the bike pump I would recommend these conduit clamps and some ati-tamper screws . It will not fully prevent theft but it will act as a deterrent. You could also add some solar lights like these to help light up the area so a biker could fix there bike at night and help deter theft.
We have a pair of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DU5KPG0/ I happen to think they are lasting longer since they are off the ground (less dirt, more light, etc)
Note that they are motion based and don't stay on all the time...
I'm installing a Schlage Connect and the Maximus Camera by Kuna instead of a doorbell. It prerecords events so you get 10 seconds BEFORE the trigger event. It's on sale right now (for lower than I paid a week ago, but apparently Amazon doesn't adjust anymore)
For those deadbolts, the August doesn't "replace" the lock, just sits on top of it, and requires the hub to connect it to wifi. I opted for the Schlage because it's Z-wave and works with the Smarthub I already have.
You are new to town. Alleys never get plowed, never maintained unless enough citizens on the block complain about the potholes, then they will grade it. But be aware a grader in an alley can only do so much. You can snowplow or hire it done, you can fill potholes with gravel, but both are illegal. Not enforced usually unless someone complains.
Whatever you do, don't be one of those a-holes who thinks dumping their grass clippings in the alley potholes helps fill them up, it molds, stinks, and makes summer nights a lot less fun. Alleys are not dump sites. Get a set of motion sensor solar lights and put them up back there. Get a good set and mount them high. Really helps.

Sorry for the delay, but my mom did get back to me. These are appreciably cheaper 😊
Good luck ❤
What about going solar to update the look? We did and love it. No added energy bill + decorative light.

Nice! I just installed two sconces on my back deck. The blocks in the link below was definitely a better experience that they way I did the ones off my garage last year and the way I had to trim out.

Was pleased with the quality,

Also my doorbell no longer worked and installed this wireless one in about 15 minutes (2 locations) and has worked great so far. Can even bring the noise maker with you if you have a large house.

Just buy something like this: Litom Super Bright Solar Lights 54 LED Solar Power Outdoor Motion Sensor Light With LED on Both Side https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KTGT906/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_kQIozbNXTQ1TA
There's tons on Amazon
You want to stay away from the solar cell or battery powered led 'arrays' which may have anywhere from a dozen to 50 or move low voltage led's hooked up in an array, commonly connected to a sensor trip to light up for 30 seconds or so and then turn off.
Some of these are strong enough to really light up a driveway or a yard, especially if you use two or three of them across the edge of the roof.
For a residential driveway in a typical street - Something like this should do the trick
Something like this is overkill in the city but if you are rural and well away from neighbors and need something that throws light out a hundred feet or more - you want one of these 100/150/200 watt jobbers on a 20 foot pole
amazon has a 2 pack with 2 day shipping for basically the same price
Not exactly sure if this is what you're looking for or if these are any good but I've had this on my wishlist for quite some time just in case I see a need for it.

Hue has outdoor floodlights.

Or you can just buy a single PAR38 hue bulb like I did for my existing fixture.
definitely a route to explore.
some LED strip lights could give you enough lighting

something like this for the outside

this looks like a possibility

I was thinking about getting these

You're probably better off with the Philips Hue Econic, which is rated for outdoor use and can be mounted flat under the soffit.
The Hue Outdoor: Philips Hue 1744030V7 White & Color Ambiance Econic Wall Down Lantern, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NDHCV36/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_HWgADb0X0TQ7V
1150 lumens
Overhead track lighting with spotlights is the standard way to do this. It will illuminate it nicely without glare for the viewer. You will need to be able to aim/rotate your lights because your track light install wont be centered on poster.
Something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07D6JVR1B/ref=psdcmw_14325541_t1_B00NP2ZV4U
If you are looking for more of an exotic effect you could use a wall washer fixture. This will give a different effect that can alternatively increase/decrease details of the picture. You would probably mount it slightly above the poster on the wall and need to be able to aim it to get the light mostly on the poster. Something like this could work:
https://www.amazon.com/YRXC-Waterproof-Billboards-Building-Decorations/dp/B07PDLN4W7/ref=mp_s_a_1_9?adgrpid=59694723527&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwvnztZ2O4gIVkrXACh3Hkg7pEAAYASAAEgJqdPD_BwE&hvadid=274719836300&hvdev=m&hvlocphy=1017047&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=e&hvrand=9826279753458833507&hvtargid=kwd-6307038521&hydadcr=15095_9510254&keywords=led+wall+washers&qid=1557397464&s=gateway&sr=8-9
I bought one of these solar lights to light my driveway, and I'm pretty pleased with it. Not super crazy bright, but I only needed enough light to get to my car without tripping.
>These Lights on Amazon have been pretty solid. I've had them for about 8 months now and they work great. I have two in the front yard. I like that they have one setting that remains dim at all times and when it senses motion it goes fully bright. The only thing is they need full direct sun to get a good charge and will last through the entire night. The motion sensor is pretty responsive too.
I'd recommend one of these:
JetBeam BA10
Fenix E11
Streamlight Protac
They're all 1xAA, with tailcap switches, under $35, and decent quality. The Fenix is probably the best of the three. The JetBeam is the brightest, but I've had various QC issues with their lights, especially with the switches either blinking or sticking on.
If you want more lumens from a pocket size light, you'll probably need to step up to lithium power.

this is the one we use, $18

I made this so I could visualize it myself. Simple and minimalist, so it seems fairly low maintenance. I like a black painted wood bench (add some pillows for your style), a black metal end table, and simple decor like potted plants and oversized lanterns. I think the curtain helps close in the area and make it look more cozy. I know this style isn't for everyone and may not exactly match your house exterior, but let me know if you like it :)

Got these to line my driveway for safe driving at night. They barely get any sun and stay on almost all night. When you're not near them they dim a bit but when you're near they are pretty bright.

I know these are not 2 lights in one like you're looking for, but I had the exact same need for a light over my trash cans and I put one of these up on the side of the house: https://www.amazon.com/InnoGear-Lights-Bright-Outdoor-Security/dp/B017LYD93C/ref=sr_1_54?keywords=solar+light&qid=1565716053&s=gateway&sr=8-54
I did this maybe a year ago and they are still going, still bright, no malfunction, exposed to the elements. I put another over at the back door and works fine. I don't really notice them from the ground. Glad I got them.
Whew, that was quite the task. Thanks for the contest!!!
If you like the look of the E05, you might dig the E11 as well. $6 more, similar looking (but a bit bigger, runs on a single AA), but can crank out 115 lumens if you need it (also having a 38 lumen mode that'll run for 8 hours).

Don't have to wait for an indiegogo.
