Longer barrels don't do much in airsoft. If you like the aesthetics, go for it, just don't expect a performance increase.

This was my set up before selling it. Used a UTG 1-4.5x with hi-rise scope rings

You'll want to get a set of rings or a one piece like this (not necessarily this particular one though as it may not be the right size) that will get the scope as close to the rifle as possible.

What model Leupold is that, you'll need different rings/mounts depending on the objective diameter and wether it's a 1inch or 30mm tube.

Having hunted with a PA 4-14, it's a terrible hunting scope. The glass has no coatings for low light, it's heavy as hell, and futzing with the parallax adjustment could cost you a deer. It's a good scope, but only for entry level long range/target shooting.

I have a Nikon Shotgun Hunter 2-7x32, not only is it cheaper ($150 vs $225), but it has better glass, better low light visibility, weighs half as much, and a much more forgiving eyebox. Even if you only mount it during deer season, you will be much happier with a similarly priced hunting optic than a 1-4 or long range focused optic.

I also do not recommend .223/5.56 for deer hunting, unless you plan on CNS shots. Depending on your state, it may even be illegal to hunt with a 22cal or smaller diameter round. Either way, .223/5.56 is considered to be the absolute minimum bore for adequate whitetail deer cartridges. The issue isn't energy or expansion, but sufficient blood trail for tracking.

Edit: Get this scope with these rings and you're set for a total of $166 plus shipping.

Here, I'll take a stab at this. I'm not an elite tacticool mall ninja, but my two cents would be it depends on how your Reflex site mounts onto your rail. IF its a Picatinny rail, and a picatinny mount, you should be fine as long as you put it back into the same spot. If your POA shifts, it should still be close enough you can fine tune it easily enough.
On the scope note, I would get something like this personally.

I put the Vortex 1.26" rings on; several people had said the medium (0.97") rings would fit, but, not really.

I have a R700 magpul. I’d get a base. EGW 20 moa is a solid budget option

For rings, you could get away with Seekins Precision matched rings .82”

So Those rings that you have are no good, If you want top quality rings... get these Leupold bases... They are expensive but well worth it. They are low cut, I have the same rings on my 870 they work great but are on the more expensive side

lowBut Weaver makes good bases too that are ore affordable
,http://www.amazon.com/Weaver-Tactical-Rings-Matte-Black/dp/B003RC3BC2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1412973856&sr=8-1&keywords=weaver+tactical+scope+rings+low

The vortex or a little cheaper but will work as well... http://www.amazon.com/Vortex-Optics-Riflescope-Picatinny-Weaver/dp/B003GSUM5Q/ref=sr_1_3?s=hunting-fishing&ie=UTF8&qid=1412974565&sr=1-3&keywords=1+inch+scope+rings

Also with your shotgun, you want low rings... I have the same cantilever 870 and you want the scope as low as you can get it, Because if you have high rings it is much more difficult to find a good cheek weld which is key for providing the utmost accuracy. Not to mention that scope rings are something you dont want to skimp on... their quality determines on how accurate your shotgun/rifle can be.. because if they are loose or not made perfectly level they will ruin the repeatability of your shots..

Just replace your rings... its the easiest fix, and you can use the rings on other guns if you want to.... Also make sure when you mount your scope that the rings are all the way forward on the picitany/ weaver rail slots

If you are unsure about the CYMA M14 DMR, you could also get the Tokyo Marui M14 S-AEG Wood Type (which has the F-stamp) and add a conversion kit to it like this one: G&P M14 DMR Conversion Kit for M14 Series Airsoft AEG, which should fit any TM style M14 (S-)AEG.

Additionally you'll need a scope mount like this: Matrix Full Metal Scope Mount Base for M14 Series Airsoft AEG Rifles

And of course a scope which is similar to the Leopold Mark 4 ( and most likely a set ofScope Rings, since those are usually not included with the scope).

Of course you're free to use any scope/sights you like.

Last but not least; the bipod, which is a Harris S-L bipod.

As for internals I have no idea what to replace, and I'm sure others can help you with that if needed.

Yes, ADM can be had for around $150.

But if you don't want to spend that kind of money then you can get something like the Weaver SPR for $45 and just mark where to torque it to. Takes a bit longer than QD and needs a screwdriver, but will also hold zero.

And to finish it off. rings

You don't need to lap them and I've got them on my 7 rem mag. They're solid.
