as another guy on this post has pointed out before I realised; there are better deals like this one for example because its faster and with free shipping https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMK16GX4M2D3000C16-Vengeance-Performance-Desktop/dp/B07B4FRMGV I recommend going to /r/pcmasterrace and telling them what you want your build for etc and what your budget is and get them to recommend you a build. Some good guys over there that have helped me a ton

Not sure about this being much of a deal.

Motherboard
CPU
RAM

Total is £490; the RAM price was over £200 on amazon so maybe the prices were just elevated a good while ago or they're moving old stock, either way it's been sub £100 all round the web for months now which is where I assume the bulk of the "30% off" comes from. Convenient amazon price history link here

I guess it comes pre-assembled and thus presumably ready to work without flashing the bios for a £30 premium.

3 year warranty is nice too I guess.

I didn't shop around at all though so you can probably find better deals than just double checking the component costs vs amazon.

Hope I didn't miss anything very obvious.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Zotac-NVIDIA-GeForce-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B01IA9FEOO/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1511786465&sr=1-3&keywords=1060+6gb

Here's one for £254, if memory serves that was a good price even before the mining blowup. Not out until Dec 7th but that's only next Thursday so if you're in the UK as opposed to Ireland, France etc you'd probably have it by Fri 8th or Mon 11th, about perfectly in time to treat it as a Christmas present to yourself!

According to (camelcamelcamel)[http://uk.camelcamelcamel.com/Corsair-CW-9060028-WW-Hydro-Liquid-Cooler/product/B01FSMWFQG] this has been the lowests its ever been on amazon.

I don't know the accuracy of that price tracker and i can't seem to find the price history on pcpartpicker. From this table it looks like its between a NZXT Kraken x41 and a Corsair H75

(thermalbench)[http://thermalbench.com/2016/09/27/corsair-hydro-series-h45-aio-cpu-cooler/5/]

Hopefully it will give someone more options to choose from as its very close to traditional Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO in price :D

edit: i forgot to write in the title why this might be a good deal for someone so i wrote this info here :P

A good deal at current market prices.

However for an extra 10 euro you could get this

https://www.amazon.de/Patriot-DDR4-3200-MHz-PC-Speicher-288-PIN-Heatsink/dp/B016A29PWA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1525562540&sr=8-1&keywords=viper+16gb+3200

Which is the same speed at 3200Mhz but better timings of CL 16-16-16-36. The ripjaws are CL16-18-18-38.

Not a big difference but probably worth 10 euro more.

As mentioned by another user, there are a few DDR4 RAM options on sale through amazon at midnight tonight, there are the links to a few that I found:

(Apologies if this doesn't link, i don't comment much!)

Edit: by clicking on these links it doesn't show a deal, it shows these on the main page though as items that will have a deal at the time, so I guess check back then to see what the deal is?

I'll be picking one up but not too sure which speed I can get for my build, or what the limiting factors are..

I'll probably add this to the main page once the deals come active

u/Hypohamish · 3 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

There was a thread a couple days ago with the same RAM

But amazon has more speed options for varying prices. You can get a 1x8gb @ 3000mhz instead of 2400 for £37.10 with free delivery (compared to Ebuyers £35.50 including delivery).

u/optional_gun · 3 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

There's also three for sale in the Amazon warehouse for only £268.46, which is a fantastic price. Find them here.

u/Knight--Of--Ren · -3 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

I know it’s a bit more expensive but wouldn’t this 1060 6gb be a better buy?

u/DeadManIV · 11 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

It's £299.99 on Amazon. Free delivery I assume.
Edit: https://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-Ryzen-3700X-Processor-Cache/dp/B07SXMZLPK/

It says delivery takes 1-4 weeks though.

Do you guys think it's going to get cheaper or should I just take the plunge?
I'm waiting for MSI's MAX motherboards next month.. so not going to be able to use the 3700x for a while.

That Deal Ferret review is not including Amazon, you know the place where the majority of people buy their components...

https://uk.camelcamelcamel.com/Gigabyte-Geforce-Windforce-GeForce-Internal/product/B01IR6LMLO

Include Amazon own pricing in the side bar and set it to the past year and you can see it was at £440 since July until like a week ago when it has briefly dropped out of stock. So no its not BS you are just posting a "deal" that isnt a deal and im just trying to ensure people dont buy into it because you didnt take the time to do a simple price check, dont get so defensive this is a helpful sub Reddit not a karma farm.

u/scorcher117 · 4 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

Is £69 a good price for a 500GB SSD? this is one part that I've never looked into.

Yeah I just searched 500GB SSD on amazon and found another for £63 and a 480GB SSD for £55, this price doesn't seem special, is there something I'm missing?

u/KING_of_Trainers69 · 20 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

MX500 2TB is the same price and uses TLC instead of QLC. Not really a deal.

https://smile.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-MX500-CT2000MX500SSD1-Internal-NAND/dp/B078C515QL

(check frustration free packaging)

u/domdomegg · 3 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

Actually cheaper to buy 2x3TB, and in stock, but does take up 2x the space:

3TB @ £84.97 (Also 2.76p/GB)

u/itsaride · 1 pointr/buildapcsalesuk

Damn, bought mine from Currys for £50 the other week, it was £50 on Amazon too despite the £90 price shown but with a two week wait.

http://uk.camelcamelcamel.com/Logitech-C920-Webcam-Auto-Focus-Microphone/product/B006A2Q81M?context=browse

u/02hchen · 3 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

damn my ram arrive tomorrow, not sure if I should return it..
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B016A29PWA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

should I return it?? the difference can almost get a 960 evo for system boost

u/some_craic_dealer · 1 pointr/buildapcsalesuk

You know if it would be a better choice than the Backup Plus for a use as an external HDD for PC backup? That is currently down to £135 but went as low as £120 during the primeday sales.

u/ethles · 2 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

Without the ref link https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B006A2Q81M

edit: I was wrong, the OP's link is from the amazon app

u/Bellcheese · 7 pointsr/buildapcsalesuk

You expect someone to pay £500 for essentially a 'used' card?

I'd sooner purchase this!

Proper buyer protection with solid customer service and a full warranty. Not sure you can get away with charging that price, hell I picked up a brand new GTX 1080ti for £582 on Amazon two weeks ago...
