Just the scarecrow custom fangs! Only took a bit to fit them and they stayed in just fine!

If you have around a $50 budget for a 4 year old, I would suggest a multi-gift deal, like getting some kind of art kit but I'd say the better idea would be some sort of pony themed bag as a base and then you can put other stuff inside it and the bag is a thing the kid can use for a while.

4 year olds are at the phase in their development where they should be drawing more and developing their pattern skills, so maybe some crayons and a bound sketchbook (4 yr olds don't really have the motor skills to rip paper off crayons if they break, so this set is good bc they can still use them easily if it breaks, plus it being in a case will help even if they eventually end up in the kid's bag, plus this is a pretty good brand).

I think a phonics box would also be a great addition for a 4 year old! Also socks are always a must have in the homeless community, so why not some pony themed socks they sell these in every major department store.

If I had a $50 budget for a 4 year old who liked my little ponies that's what I'd get them.

A MLP bag, good crayons, a sketchbook, a phonics case and some socks.

The company that fulfilled your order probably wasn't "The Official WWE Shop" right? It looks like this is the listing you ordered from and the seller sent you this item?

The seller, or Amazon, will make you right. They didn't scam you, a third party using their system listed the product wrong. I've had that happen and the seller refunded my money and told me to keep it (even after I asked to send it back) to preserve their star rating. Use the "contact seller" button under "your orders" with the "received wrong item" dropdown to complain to the seller first. Point out that they listed their product under the wrong ASIN and you're giving them a chance to correct the mistake.

Put a link to the "toy version" I linked above in your complaint. Mention that they listed the "toy version" under the wrong ASIN. If the seller gives you any problems feel to hit the "leave seller feedback" button with a 0-star review describing how they sent you the wrong item and refused to take care of it. If they don't offer a 100% refund you can take the complaint to Amazon who will most likely refund you while punishing the seller.

I have found that items I had made in this manner to be of good quality and better what you could normally find if you have good communication with the other party.

I bought 3 different ones this one actually shoots darts, so its mechanism is pretty sturdy. It has a working mechanism, but I didn't need it to function, so I only used the hammer, frizzen, backplate, and trigger guard, then modified them with thin, homemade Worbla. (To make metal-smooth Worbla, mix [Instamorph] (https://smile.amazon.com/InstaMorph-Moldable-Plastic-6-oz/dp/B004MFLU4Y/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1504898165&sr=8-2&keywords=instamorph+pellets) with a small amount of ordinary flour. Put it in a glass pan and heat it in an oven until the plastic gets soft, then carefully mix them together and knead until evenly combined. It's smoother than real Worbla, which uses wood fibers as a filler, and a LOT cheaper!)

Ah yeah. Maybe you could do something with the House scarves or ties? There are a number of places to get scarves in the house colors that aren't HP-branded so you could reuse them for normal wear. The Official (?) Harry Potter store seems to have some branded and non-branded stuff as well, and there are a lot of people on Etsy who sell house-color scarves and whatnot. You guys could do just basic black sweaters/shirts and shoes, just with the scarves/ties in house colors.
