Sometimes I get the wedding planning ribbing from other future brides. I didn't want a garter toss. I haven't told anyone we're tossing a plush daisy as the toss bouquet. I will have real flowers, not fake, wtf am I gonna do with 30 tables worth of fake flowers?

Fluttershy fan trying to be subtle. I can totally dig that. Been there myself. The donation is actually quite clever, and definitely shows some thought put into making this gift Fluttershy themed. You get an extra cookie for that.

Now for subtle items that show it's okay to like her, the vinyl figure is a good idea. If you're looking for more, someone already mentioned some patches. Only downside to those is they're more than likely to be shown in public, so that might break the subtlety a tad.
If you're willing to spend the money, the Fluttershy plush from 4DE is actually really good quality, and might offer a bit of comfort in bed if it's needed. It's made well enough to actually withstand some child abuse abuse by children. Nothing wrong with a plush at that age. Heck, I kept a couple around in my teens at home. Mind you, they were anime characters back then, but I digress...

I'm so happy to see you get to make the holiday for a fellow Flutters fan. I hope he likes whatever you do pick!

There are many things that many different people do, here are just some suggestions.

Daydreaming about you and your waifu being together, writing stories where you two can be together, using a proxy (dakimakuras are the most popular, but there can be other proxies, for example, I know that there are Homura plushies), writing to your waifu (journaling, something that I do a lot) and thinking about what they'd do.

This thread has a lot of good steps on how to grow closer to your waifu.

If the black Keyblade is metal/sturdy and looks accurate and detailed, I'd say it would probably be a good deal.

Nabbed these links from Amazon as well. Generally, when I think of gifts from games/anime/all that jazz, I tend to lean towards plushies. I also don't know which games she's played, so I just went with more iconic characters/enemies. You could also look at figurines, but they can be pricey so I didn't include them in the list.
