What would this person make of candy cigarettes? (they're STILL a thing...)

Generally two meals each day, somewhere between 5-9 hours apart. All whole, unprocessed foods (things that don't have a list of ingredients because they generally are ingredients). Almost always avoid grains, legumes, and industrial seed oils.

Composition is usually:

• A piece of meat about the size of the palm of my hand
  
• Some type of starchy plant (potato, plantain, sweet potato, etc),
  
• A mountain of non-starchy veggies
  
• Somewhere in the vicinity of 30-75 ml of various fats to cook/add flavour to everything.
  
• Lately I've been on a huge avocado bender, going through 1-2 each day, but other favourite fats are Bison tallow, duck fat, lard, and Kerrygold butter.
  
  Occasionally if the mood strikes I'll have a square or two of dark chocolate (between 85%-100%), maybe topped with a bit of salted nut butter. Or in the summer months I'll have some seasonally fresh berries with homemade whipped cream.
  
  I'm also a big fan of Mark Sisson's so-called big-ass salad concept, which is easily summed up as "Take a lot of diverse, really great tasting plants, add some meat, and season liberally with a fatty dressing".

How do I install these aero bars?

I would recommend wiener nougat. It's classy and usually found in fins Christmas bags as well. Also geisha of course. Don't know if these are snacks tho, at least not savory.

I prefer these bars.

I find them at my local Trader Joe's, and they come in both dark and milk chocolate. Each bar has 3.5 servings at 2 g carbs/serving. So even if you go crazy, you're eating 7 g carbs? I'm usually really really happy with just one serving, which is uncommon for me and desserts.

Which is super awesome except the oil separates, so be prepared to spend a looooong time stirring your peanut butter before mixing. The most malicious thing someone could probably do to me, legally, is slip sugar in my food and send me reeling back to carbs.

I don't crave sweets anymore but for when I do, this decadent milk chocolate bar you can find at Trader Joe's does the trick. You can find it on Amazon too. I stash these in my house and now that I'm fully keto adapted don't even really think of sweets anymore. But they are there

What does exist though, is a Japanese chocolate-covered biscuit snack shaped like mini-bamboo shoots. It might be harder to find than more popular Meiji offerings like Yan Yan or Hello Panda, but you should still be able to find it in most Asian specialty stores. Maybe try Hong Kong Supermarket.

Bdubs has a great lemon pepper seasoning and I am lazy so I got it off amazon prime. So I put frozen wings into my air fryers for 45 mins at 400 and I toss them like every 15 mins or so. I put the season on afterwards then I take chiptole mayo or aioli and put trader joes everything bagel seasoning in it and i spoon it on as I eat.
