For me, Amazon packages almost always arrives the day after release. They use DHL, while CDJapan uses USPS.

While it is not on the soundtrack they included with the special edition of the game, it is on the complete official 5-disc soundtrack. Unfortunately its a Japan exclusive, so if you want to purchase the music legally, you'll need to cough up $50 to import it from Japanese Amazon.

According to the Amazon page it costs 24 Euros ($27.23 USD) right now. I bought it at a price of 26,80 Euros which came out to right around $30 USD, for comparison.

I think my only experience with jazz has been the Cowboy Bebop anime soundtrack. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N82fP5hKZPY It is an amazing show with awesome music. I remember being blown away when I heard this as a kid. It has really stuck with me and I still listen to it now and then. The whole thing is not done in jazz style though. The music was done by Yoko Kanno, she does such a great job with all the music she writes and she does not work in just one style but rather just goes by what feels right for the scene.
