American here! I get SebaMed from Amazon. I order hyaluronic acid from The Ordinary. Pure aloe vera gel is also available on Amazon, but around here I can usually just find aloe vera on sale by the cut leaf, and you know for sure that’s pure haha.

Oh snap. Here’s a link to some Aloe Vera:

I've used aloe vera leaf gel for about six months and it's been a lifesaver for hydration, even addressing some of the fine lines I was getting under my eyes. I use it after my serums and before my moisturizer for an extra hydrating layer and saw results within the first three days (visible reduction in wrinkles and smoother texture overall). However, on its own it's not moisturizing enough and will dry out the skin - I wait for it to absorb a bit and then apply moisturizer to still-wet skin. I also keep it in the fridge for an extra cooling factor and to prolong the shelf life. This is brand I use: Earth's Daughter.

Rave: well I've come full circle. I started out using only this aloe vera gel as a moisturizer. It really improved my skin but I decided I should get a "real" moisturizer. So I started a several months long journey in which I discovered that almost no moisturizers work on me. So now I'm back to using just aloe during the day and my skin is looking a lot better.

If you have scars, halving lemon juice with this stuff fades them surprisingly well: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0128PJ7T4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_m0bnzbQJWHEWA

For PP care (uncomplicated vaginal birth, 1st degree tear) I used Depends Adult Diapers (maybe 20? Had a few left over), Dermoplast (the blue can!!!), Tucks Pads, and made padsicles (20ish) before hand (extra large maxi pads, alo vera gel, alcohol free witch hazel, a spattering of tea tree oil, pop in freezer). Hands down would recommend. My hospital didn't send me home with any supplies so I'm glad I went ahead and got some "just in case" items before hand. The adult diapers were pretty much like wearing comfy granny panties, not at all "diaper feeling" like I thought they'd be, and I could pop a padsicle in every few hours easy peasy without worrying about ruining underpants or leaking everywhere. Once the Depends needed to be changed out I'd just trash the whole thing and start fresh. No clean up - 10/10.

Pricing everything out I've listed (lazily) on Amazon my "kit" would be around $80, but you can find these things for much cheaper in CVS or your local drug store. Looking at the quantities included in your kit I'm thinking you'd have to buy additional products anyway (more pads for sure, more briefs most likely, and I'm not sure how easy it is to clean the compresses but the padsicles are awesome and disposable, major plus in my book). I'm not sure it's as great a kit as it looks at first glance.

ETA - I didn't need these for PP care but I do love having chux for the kiddo. I have a few in the diaper bag and lay them on nasty public changing tables before I lay down his changing pad for an extra layer of protection (and so I don't drag a dirty pad back into the diaper bag).

my recommendations based on my own experience

  • prior to going for a wax try to take a warm shower as close as possible to it or something else warm applied to the area to open up the pores on your neither region.
  • Immediately post wax you are gonna really want to avoid putting anything on the area as it is sensitive, avoid super warm showers following your wax for a few days so any hairs lurking below the surface don't push their way out.
  • Then as maintenance I would recommend using Completely Bare Bikini Bump Blaster pads once a day. They contain Glycolic Acid 5% and Salicylic Acid 2% as well as witch hazel and green tea to help sooth any inflammation while chemically exfoliating the skin.
  • Follow that up with a sensitive skin moisturizer, making sure you stay clear of any openings so you do not accidentally get some moisturizer places it should not be. I personally use the pads at night time and apply an aloe gel and then layer some petroleum jelly on top.

also consider the place you are going and the products / methods they are using to wax you. I recently switched from European Wax Center to UniK only because I moved and the UniK was now closer, but I immediately noticed a significant drop in ingrowns and irritation following my waxing.

additionally, if it is that important to you, also look at the clothing you are wearing in that area. Synthetic tight clothing that presses and rubs against the skin can be irritating, anything that holds unnecessary moisture in that area is no good, things of that nature.

What I bought

Isntree Aloe Soothing Gel Moist

Seller: Credithink

Experience: Since I bought it from Amazon Prime, it was super-easy and the product should be arriving very shortly. I'll update if I have any issues.

Reasons why products were bought: I actually wanted to buy Isntree's Green Tea Toner, but it seems to be sold out absolutely everywhere, so I settled on this as my second choice. I've been wanting to try an aloe-based product for a while, and my routine is finally pared-down enough that I finally felt I could fit another product in.

----------

Hada Labo Shirojyun Lotion Moist optional

Seller: Mayuko Shop

Experience: It hasn't arrived yet so I can't comment on the experience, but I chose this seller because it was offered via Prime, which means it'll definitely arrive before Christmas. If I repurchase, I'll probably go with one of the less-expensive sellers that ships from Japan.

Reasons why products were bought: I've been wanting to try a Shirojyun product for a long time, but felt I couldn't justify it since I already had Benton Snail Bee filling the arbutin-based slot in my routine. Unfortunately, with Snail Bee's reformulation, it's just another niacinamide product, and I already have more than enough of those. Hada Labo to the rescue! I plan to use it in addition to Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium.

Isntree Aloe Soothing Gel! There are two different versions: fresh and moisture. I buy it from Credithink on Amazon who are a very reliable seller. Love it!

An aloe plant from your local plant nursery or aloe leaf from a speciality produce section! Or, go to your local Health and Body Care specialty store or section at a grocery store/co-op and look for 100% aloe gel with no coloring or additives besides preservatives.

For example, from Amazon: Organic Aloe Vera Gel

u/4kitall · 4 pointsr/AskReddit

this stuff is AMAZING for your skin! You will never need another moisturizer!

u/BackgroundYesterday · 3 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

I use this one from Green Leaf Naturals. I have super sensitive/dry skin, and I mix it with sesame oil as a moisturizer. Been using it for a long time! It's 99% aloe vera with very few preservatives.

u/totallynotabear · 3 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Rave: ALOE VERA GEL! This is so simple, but I've been using it the last week and it has been SO effective in hydrating my Tretinoin-ravaged dry skin. I got the purest bottled version I could find on Amazon (this one) and the results have been pretty dramatic. The best part is it sinks into the skin and doesn't leave that tacky feeling that blue sunburn aloe vera gel does.

u/sensualsanta · 3 pointsr/MakeupAddiction

Wtf dude, that is a burn. How did the lady waxing you manage to fuck it up so bad? Put some pure liquid aloe vera in the fridge to cool it and apply a cool compress of it for a few days. In the night moisturize with vitamin e oil to prevent scarring.

u/GetOffMyLawn_ · 3 pointsr/Rosacea

I don't know that it really helps. I find that it is not especially moisturizing by itself. You have to apply it twice a day for a couple of months, so you will need a lot of plants.

There are rosacea safe products that have aloe in them. Or maybe get aloe vera gel that is safe for sunburns. I use Fruit of the Earth on my body in the summer https://www.amazon.com/Fruit-Earth-Aloe-Vera-100/dp/B000052YM0?th=1

You might be able to drink it and calm inflammation that way. If you do go with George's, it has almost no taste. https://www.amazon.com/Georges-Aloe-Vera-Drink-Ounce/dp/B00014EWUO/ref=pd_sim_121_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00014EWUO&pd_rd_r=T05CFD6V200RFGWPJM78&pd_rd_w=Rkbp3&pd_rd_wg=7FRDG&refRID=T05CFD6V200RFGWPJM78&th=1

someone once recommended on here 100% organic Aloe Vera . I too recommend .

u/mercurialgypsy · 3 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

I’ve started using this Aloe Vera Gel as part of my routine (after toner, before serums and moisturizers, although I have no real clue if that’s the best order for things) AM and PM and I swear it’s helped soothe some of the redness.

u/MilkAndTwoSugarz · 3 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Same routine as me except I use a 5% salicylic acid at both AM and PM. I've also added peppermint oil to my OCM mix. I also use vaseline over my entire face just before I go to bed. This stuff is also a godsend

u/SalientAmbivalence · 2 pointsr/asktransgender

> But other than that, what should I do to take care of my face? I already used some aloe vera/lidocaine gel (this stuff) since the technician said it was okay.

Since you're placing a lot of confidence in the aloe vera, you should make sure that the product you got actually contains what it claims. It may very well contain little or no actual aloe vera in it.

You can read more about that in this article, which explains it fairly well. If it's important to you, the primary source for the article was this test by ConsumerLab, which states:

> "Choose aloe products carefully," cautions ConsumerLab.com president Tod Cooperman, M.D. after recent tests found only five of 10 aloe pills, gels and drinks selected for review to contain what the company expected based on labels. Most startling was the discovery that two products -- an aloe pill and an aloe gel -- contained virtually no aloe.

You can use this list of verified products from the International Aloe Science Council as a guide in what to purchase. Not being on that list doesn't necessarily mean it's not a legitimate product, but it certainly doesn't lend any confidence to the case.

After cross-checking between the list and amazon while keeping price in mind, I eventually settled on Lily of the Desert' Aloe Vera Gelly Bottle.

I had a resource a bit back that did a good job of describing some specific things to look for in terms of consistency/color/smell of aloe, but I can't seem to locate it right now. I should note that if you ever see a product claiming to be 100% aloe vera, they're lying about that at the very least.

edit: took a closer look at the specific product you linked. It seems sketchy to me, personally. You very well may just be rubbing a gelatinous, colored water-base on yourself.

Good luck!!

Here's the link to the subs skincare wiki: https://www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction: it will have all the information to start your routine

Personally as a oily & dehydrated skin, you can a similar skincare routine I use.

Am:

Cerave foming facial cleanser
Witch hazel (I suggest alcohol free, typically alcohol is overdrying & causes more oil to be produced.)
Aloe Vera- it's use it to help hydrate the skin without being acne causing (Don't buy with menthol, it's to overdrying long term & can cause sensitization.)
Cerave lotion
Spf of 50 (It'll help hyperpigmention (dark marks left from acne) from staying & helping to fade them away. You'll will have to reapply from working out & every two hours to keep off the hyperpigmention.

Pm:

Oil cleanse
Cerave foming facial cleanser
Witch hazel (you may find that using twice a day may be too much, you may want to experiment.)
Aloe Vera
Cerave lotion

Link for aloe vera I use, just to save you time for finding aloe vera that doesn't have menthol:

Amazon, this one

It's a good price and nice consistency but one of the additives irritates my eyes so I can't use it as a general moisturiser (which is what I bought it for.)

u/luckycutie · 2 pointsr/SebDerm

I heard this is really good, it’s on my shopping list. But I’ve not tried it yet. I’ve sebderm on my eyebrows and it definitely calms the area. You can also try the fresh aloe Vera plant which I’m using now.
I’m also trying out raw honey mask recommended by here few days ago which you put on three hour per day. I know it’s a long time but I don’t know if there’s any use yet. But it’s very itchy during the three hours. I managed to put it through tho.
I also take supplement which is probiotics and fish oil which has omega 3 and it also helps!
There’s a post about how she treats her sebderm with lotrimin ultra. I also got it yesterday and hope it works.
So my routine is:

  • Honey mask at night three hours
    -am: aloe Vera
-pm: aloe Vera underneath lotrimin ultra

Remember to stay away from hydrocortisone cream. I learn my lesson the hard way even I only used it for three- four days. Immediately got a super bad flare up after I stopped for 2 days. My another dermatologist told me Eyebrow and eye area are extremely sensitive.
I hope it helps. I’m also battling with sebderm.
u/[deleted] · 2 pointsr/curlyhair

Your hair reminds me of mine! I have some product recommendations.

I recommend sticking to sulfate free shampoos and silicone free conditioners.

Moisturize like crazy! Do a deep conditioning treatment weekly or every 2 weeks. I recommend Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque. Adding olive oil is a good idea, too, as recommended on the packaging.

Find a really moisturizing conditioner. I love Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose from Whole Foods. Lots of curlies swear by Sally Beauty Supply's version of Paul Mitchell's The Conditioner from Sally.

Use a good leave-in. I recommend Kinky Curly Knot Today or As I Am's Leave-in. Apply a palmful of this on soaking wet hair after washing.

To reduce frizz, I apply 100% aloe vera at this point: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00013YZ0C?pc_redir=1396656283&robot_redir=1

Then use your styling product! I've been using a TINY bit of Kinky Curly Curling Custard. I like my curls to stay soft and big so I only use like a dime-sized amount. If you use too much you may end up with some crunch or stickiness.

Good luck! This is just a starting point to give you an idea of what to look for. Trial and error is the way to do it. Pick up some products and get to it!

What helped me a ton is watching tutorials on YouTube. Check out Waterlily716, HeyFranHey, SunkissAlba and Naptural85, for starters!

u/MyrrhFlower · 2 pointsr/PCOS

I know a lot of our acne is hormonal, but i noticed a huge difference when I switched my cleaning products.

I tried every product for years and they didn't stop acne, maybe helped limit it but never fully gone (on or off birth control).

But now I use black soap with ash daily. After, I use pure aloe on my skin and for the first time I know of, my skin is almost clear. The only break outs are the nasty jawline hormone ones, but they're less and smaller.

I also started sleeping with a tshirt over my pillowcase, which I change at least once a week (some do it daily).

Birth control that lowers testosterone also helps, as well as some things people have mentioned about diet.

Edit: soap and aloe

u/beigemom · 2 pointsr/abdiscussion

I love the fact that there are quality brands that do lovely packaging--not so much in purchasing for me, but I've made a couple of gift baskets and it really makes a difference in presentation. Would much rather have this in a gift basket than say anything from Cosrx.

u/GnollBelle · 2 pointsr/JUSTNOMIL

I cannot recommend this product strongly enough - it's soothing, moisturizing, and if applied early and frequently enough can help prevent peeling.

u/femalenerdish · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Holika Holika has an aloe gel that I've seen recommended a lot in /r/Asianbeauty.

Also want to say... Moisturize! Like a lot. Your skin heals so much better if it's well moisturized.

u/lurkielurker · 2 pointsr/HaircareScience

I know you said you tend to stay away from gel, but I actually use this pure aloe vera with or without my hair dryer to style my hair. I have a pixie cut that I am growing out, so I too want it out of my face! I'm not sure how this will play with your seb derm, but it certainly has no alcohol in it! My hair really likes it too.

u/jessieyeahh · 2 pointsr/AsianBeauty

Question! So right now my routine is oil cleanse, regular cleanse, Hada Labo lotion, Kate Somerville serum, Dr. Jart Cream. I want to incorporate this Aloe into my routine but I don't know when to put it! I also don't know when to put my Differin cream on my chin... any suggestions? Thank you! Also, I've been diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis/eczema. Anyone have this problem/know any good products for it? Thanks! :)

u/leleux · 2 pointsr/vegan

You should post this on r/veganbeauty but I haven't had much of a routine lately. My face has been breaking out ever since I went vegan a few years ago. Nothing seems to be working except for eating tons of salads and staying away from sugars and oils so maybe it's just hormones.
I use diluted ACV as a toner after I shower and treat pimples with diluted tea tree oil sometimes. Everyday I spray my body with this sun spray as well bc I'm pale and live in the south and it's the best!

u/ayimera · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

Oh, duh, I totally missed the last part of your post. Hm. I used the gel and the gel-cream myself for awhile. But I switched recently since it wasn't really doing anything for me. There's a lot of great alternatives. Some along the same vein that aren't too expensive:

Clinique Moisture Surge 72 -- I wanted to like this one because it's so similar, but it made me break out a bit. Great texture/feel though. A little on the pricey end.

Trader Joe's Gel Moisturizer -- Super cheap at $9! Great gel moisturizer for the price.

Isntree Green Tea Fresh Emulsion -- I bought this one recently and I really like it. It's lightweight and sensitive-skin friendly. They also have a gel version.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Hydrating Serum -- Although this is a serum, it's a really thick gel serum so it's almost like a gel moisturizer. I use this in the summer with sunscreen and find it provides plenty of hydration.

Those should all have 0 to little smell since I'm also fragrance sensitive.

u/giomanach7 · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

It is this one. It does have some preservatives plus Vit E, which I believe can be irritating for some people? I haven't had issues with this specific one in the past but I haven't used it for extended periods of time, just on very inflamed breakouts and for other skin irritation like razor burn.

u/lilmammamia · 2 pointsr/SkincareAddiction

You cleanse first and then moisturize. You want a gentle cleanser, possibly from a brand considered safe: Cetaphil, Vanicream, Aveeno, CeraVe.

And a no-frill moisturizer, perhaps from one of the brands above (I'll add to the list The Ordinary Normal Moisturizing Factors, First Aid Beauty Face Moisturizer). I'd suggest Vanicream Lite Lotion, it's supposed to be light and I haven't seen too many people have bad things to say about it. People with oily skin also use aloe gels. There's Benton Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel, or Holika Holika Aloe Soothing Gel.

And if you care about anti-aging in the long run, add a sunscreen step for the AM. I suggest Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence or Suncover SPF 30 if you can get it (they don't ship to the Americas atm). If you have oily skin and find the sunscreen on top of the moisturizer makes you too oily or you like to save time, you can even skip the moisturizer in the morning, just wash and put sunscreen on your face if that works for you. And moisturize in the evening.

u/the_acid_queen · 2 pointsr/AsianBeauty

Adding in Holika Holika 99% Aloe Soothing Gel! It's enormous, cheap, and incredibly soothing and cooling. At first I just used it if I got too much sun or wind, but now I've started integrating it into my daily routine, and my skin is loving it! It gives a nice, fresh cooling sensation when it goes on, then dries matte without any stickiness and helps keep redness at bay.

u/Rosyredhelp · 1 pointr/tretinoin

Thanks for such a detailed response - I really appreciate all the info.

I may follow your lead and jump into a few nights a week since I would love the purge to be over sooner than later!

Re: aloe and niacinamide - unfortunately I think both of those don't work for me. I've tried one type of aloe (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00XTTFI6K?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) and within minutes had a burning red mess all over my face. As for niacinamide, I've tried two kinds and overnight with both had about twice the CC's I did before.

I will follow your progress closely - you are an inspiration!

u/shinkuhadokenz · 1 pointr/tifu

If you burn fast, apply the sunblock (that isn't expired) every 30 mins or so.
Even if it says it will last x amount of hours, apply extra anyway.
After you get out of the water, dry up and re-apply sunscreen.
Also if your body is under the water but you didn't tanning lotion on, don't think you're safe. The UV rays penetrate through the water so you'll still get burned

After tanning, buy 99.7% pure aloe vera gel.
Not the crap from walmart or cvs like banana boat or other genetic brands.
Get the real stuff from amazon.
I get this one for only 12 dollars and it instantly gets rid of minor sun burns.
I highly recommend it, or a similar product like it. it lasts a long time!
Put it in the fridge so it feels extra cool when applied.

u/map_backwards · 1 pointr/RandomActsofMakeup

Have you tried pure Aloe to help soothe it? I reached out to ScA when I was having a bad skin reaction to a medication and they recommended using that to help.

Here's the amazon link to the product I purchased.

I hope you feel better soon!

It looks like cystic acne, I don't know of any quick fixes, but I found that after I cut out red meat and dairy my cystic acne healed faster and occurred less. I've also found that bentonite clay masks work well as well as organic aloe vera gel.

Dr. Lin Daily Hydrating Gel is a popular one. It's not 100% aloe, but I've used it and it looks just like aloe vera gel (no fragrance, totally clear, gel texture), which makes me believe it's mostly aloe. Aloe vera alone isn't very hydrating, so this moisturizer has hyaluronic acid and glycerin to help add some moisture to your skin. It's pretty lightweight.

Holika Holika 99% Aloe Soothing Gel is another popular one.

If you don't like those, I will say that aloe vera is really really easy to grow at home :)

u/vaish1992 · 1 pointr/SkincareAddiction

i am a male and i use to have very similar problems like you around my cheek areas. I literally tried every moisturizer i could to see if anything helped. I started using oil cleansing with almond oil which softened up the problem but my skin would still crack up. Through trial and research i have managed to control dermatitis for now. I have replaced my daily moisturizer with a mixture of argan oil and aloe vera gel. I use this twice a day(morning after i wake up and night after dinner). The good thing is that i don't even feel the mixture on my skin and it has helped soothing my skin immensly. I am not sure if it will work for u but u can give it a try. You can use any aloe vera gel and argan oil u wish but make sure they are good quality. I personally use this two:

oh I didn't give you the link. I do that often...also with email attachments. Anyways, I would try the third one. If you have arrowroot powder, maybe use that instead of cornstarch. I'm specifically looking for help with CosRX's A-Sol. Does it bring stuff to the surface of your skin? I've had really good luck with CoxRX products, so I figured I'd give this one a shot. While I don't usually have many "active" breakouts, I do have some pimples that seem to be under the surface of my skin on the left side of my face (lower cheek). There's no bumps, but they look like small pimples. They've been there for ages.

I tried the A-Sol on my right cheek, where there's no pimples or other discoloration - it's like the most "normal" part of my face lol. There was no reaction. I used on my whole face after a couple of days (I know, I suck and will never not test for at least two weeks again), and it didn't hurt, didn't itch, tingle, make me red - nothing. But now I'm having these pimples erupting on the left side of my face (right around where the under the surface pimples are) as well as on my forehead, which has the same kind of spots.

My skin doesn't hurt. It is a bit more red than normal and perhaps a bit itchy in some spots, but nothing super unusual. The only unusual thing is the breakouts. So my question (god, I'm so sorry for the wall of text) is if A-Sol brings stuff to the surface so that it can heal, and perhaps that's what I'm experiencing? I've stopped using it and scaled down to my pre-AB routine (black african shea butter for cleanser and aloe vera after) in case I'm actively doing myself damage. I was using it in the morning and at night, which I think might also have been too much. My AB routine is below in case it helps. I would use the A-Sol right after the cleanser and before the Hada Labo.

Thank you for any help!

Current Routine/Products I'm Using:

AM

  • ACWELL pH 5.5 Cleanser

  • Hada Labo Rohto Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion

  • Pure Aloe Vera Gel

  • Kao Curél Intensive Moisture Care Face Cream

    PM

  • Same as AM but sometimes with a sheet mask or Mizon Snail Recovery Gel

I bought a bottle from amazon and have been using it to heal flareups. I only use it at night before I sleep. I use it alongside with Aveeno, like a massive glob, rub that in, and then slather my hands (that's where my eczema is) with the aloe. It's really liquidy, but dries quickly. Then, I immediately put on cotton gloves to trap the moisture in. If my eczema is really bad, aka can't touch water without internally crying inside, then I wear the gloves + aloe + lotion combo during the day as well.

Hi there!

I just wanted to let you know that Automod has removed your comment because it contains an Amazon referral link, which we don't allow in the sub.

Could you please edit the URL so that everything from (and including) "tag=" is removed? That way, the product page will still be visible - but no one can make a profit from the link. Here's the tag-free URL for an easy copy & paste:

If you've done that, please reply to this message so I can approve your comment. Thank you!

I'm in the UK and struggling to find any highstreet shops that sell hydrocolloid bandages. Do you know if mighty patch is a good brand? They are kinda costly from amazon so I don't want to waste my money on a bad product.

>I also use raw aloe on my face, which is naturally antiseptic and healing.

Something like this?

>I don’t know your skin type or what your focused on fixing but this is some stuff that I think really helps me

I don't really know it either. It's not super oily and it's not super dry. It's kind of prone to irritation though, like I can never really have hot water on my face.

I just want to fix it all. Blackheads, big pores, red spots...

You sound a lot like me, I had perfect skin before I turned 20, now a few years later I too am taking spironolactone 100 mg. I also look pale and tired haha. I see you're using phloretin CF, that has a lot of alcohol in it. Have you considered CE Ferulic? Similar price point I believe. I hate cerave/cetaphil, I use Elta foaming facial cleanser once a day (in the AM I use bioderma sensibio micellar h2o). For looking "poreless" not really but something that has helped a lot is biologique recherche p50 lotion. It is an active so you can't go too hard, but I love it. I also use prescription tazorac, a retinoid. What helps my skin stay hydrated is using many layers of mostly Asian Beauty products, ones that contain aloe, propolis, hyaluronic acid, snail mucin, etc. and spraying rose water in between. If you're interested in specifics let me know! I will say my favorites are the vita propolis ampoule, this aloe gel, this sake toner, and this snail essence

I like pure aloe vera gel for my own hair. You'd only want to use a very small amount. Use on hair when it's still quite wet, just barely towel dried. That helps avoid crunchiness. This is the only kind I use: https://www.amazon.com/Fruit-Earth-Aloe-Vera-100/dp/B0009VNI40?th=1

Jojoba is my staple oil that I turn to time and time again. So gentle and moisturising, I've used it on all my babies too.

Aloe vera I bought is here (hope link works) http://www.amazon.com/Amara-Organics-Aloe-Organic-Pressed/dp/B00WRN3TBU

It says aloe vera gel but it's really more of a liquid. I love this stuff.

Yeah! In the mornings I wash my face with cold water and while it's little damp I use liquid aloe. It usually sinks in about couple of minutes and I use couple drops of oil to "seal it in" and sunscreen.

At night I wash. Use hyaluronic acid from trader joes and the gel kind. This takes a little longer to completely absorb but I wait till it's 90% absorbed and then use argon oil to seal it in.

Liquid like consistency: https://www.amazon.com/Amara-Organics-Aloe-Organic-Pressed/dp/B00WRN3TBU

More gel like: https://www.amazon.com/Organic-Aloe-Vera-Gel-XANTHAN/dp/B00XTTFI6K/ref=pd_cp_194_1?pd_rd_w=wrmJv&pf_rd_p=ef4dc990-a9ca-4945-ae0b-f8d549198ed6&pf_rd_r=4YQ9432FW8FFF3WSBXBC&pd_rd_r=3d90f776-7bf7-11e9-998e-fb353035c346&pd_rd_wg=NN1QC&pd_rd_i=B00XTTFI6K&refRID=4YQ9432FW8FFF3WSBXBC&th=1

For loose skin, I recommend this:

  • Exfoliate daily with exfoliating gloves.
  • Keeping your skin moisturized is a main key, I recommend applying either aloe vera (gel) daily or a body butter with aloe vera. This is because Aloe Vera aids the elasticity in the skin via the collagen.
  • And you can take collagen peptides orally.

Those things will keep the skin firm throughout the process, like they'll be extra skin BUT it'll be firm and not saggy. It'll keep shrinking and won't be as unpleasing to the eye. Good luck and keep up the good work!!!
