Hand carved Flying Common Loon decoy carving Robert Kelly

This flying Common Loon is designed and hand carved by me, Canadian Artist, Robert j. Kelly. i have been carving for collectors throughout the world since 1980. The Common Loon measures 19″ long, with a 24″ wing span. It is beautiful hanging from high ceilings at home, the cottage or office. It is also available with wings up. Each piece is individually hand carved from Canadian White Pine, finished with semi-transparent stain then sealed with a water based finish, eyes inserted, signed and dated. The belly and underside of the wings are left natural wood. The wings and feet are removable for easier transport. The carvings are well packaged.
