This is super cute.
My phone case has a slot for 3 cards, and this is similar.
This is also decent.
Why not just get one of these and affix to the back of a slim case

I am currently using a white Ringke Slim but I don't have that many drops so it's more of a low level drop and prevent scratch /gunk case.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O152TZY/ref=twister_B00R6TJ6C6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
If she is dropping it often then she probably needs some kind of "double layered" case, where its like a rubber case inside a plastic / metal frame.
I like this case as a "fuller coverage" case. But it does add thickness.

And for fun these look nice and have good reviews.

Two weeks naked, BUT with a disclaimer. In my pocket or bag it stays in my Dockem faux leather sleeve. This is when I’m at work or just walking about during the day as I do. But if I’m going out to a club, bar, or think I’ll be drunk at some point it goes in my Otterbox Commuter case, which is a brand and style I’ve used for about 3-4 years and love.
Now I’ve never ran my iPhone caseless before, but I love this phone. I also got AppleCare+. I was like...wow, I pay $250 for insurance on top of the cost of the phone, but I hide it in this case (which is great, but still). So I decided to run it naked.
It’s only been two weeks, mind you...but here are some tips that have kept me scratchless:
That’s about all I have to say! :P
Oh, one more thing: the back of your phone will collect finger prints and it won’t stay clean for longer than five minutes after cleaning it...
I prefer finding a case I like, like a Spigen Rugged Armor, and then use a lycra/spandex card pocket. Card Ninja is my favorite.

https://www.amazon.com/CardNinja-Ultra-slim-Adhesive-Credit-Smartphones/dp/B009ZVL7N4/
Get a 3m card holder for the back, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07766951L/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_awdb_z.nsDbW1CKVV0
Recommend one of these on the back of your phone to get rid of the lanyard. You'll be able to fit those 3 cards in there.
Then I'd recommend a small camera bag for everything else. Maybe with a carabiner to clip onto a belt loop.
I have this on my X. It carries 3 cards and a small amount folded cash. Acts like a ‘buffer’ when putting it on a table, and doesn’t interfere with the naked awesomeness of the phone. https://www.amazon.com/Gecko-Adhesive-Blocking-Stretchy-Universally/dp/B014D7YX62/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1526524268&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=gecko+adhesive+phone+wallet&psc=1
That thing is HUGE you don’t need all that. Get something like this and condense your life into 4 cards. cubi CardNinja Ultra-Slim Self Adhesive Credit Card Wallet for Smartphones, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009ZVL7N4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Ku1nDb4429YJR
Holy fuck a lot of these are horrendous. No offense, to each their own. I wouldn't want to hide it away in a case, I'm just going with a $12 "leather" sleeve, at least until I can find a really sweet looking real leather one.
All of the wallet cases I shopped for looked way to bulky for my tastes, so I ended up getting a Card Ninja. I love it. It holds six cards plus a few bills, and while it does stick out on the back, it doesn't make the phone bulky all over the place, so it doesn't take up as much extra space in my pocket as a wallet case would.
You might not mind the wallet case sizes, but my Ninja works well for me. I don't carry a wallet anymore.
I've ordered this one, I like the fabric's look. I'll let you know how it is in a few days!

I attached this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ZVL7N4/ to my phone and keep my Ventra card in it. Cheap and works great!
only one slot? Get something like that.

Does she dislike cases just while she's using the phone? If so, why not get a slide case like this?
Unfortunately there aren't that many unique cases for the Axon 7 but I've never seen any case like the one you're describing.
Maybe something like this would work for you though?
CardNinja Ultra-slim Self Adhesive Credit Card Wallet for Smartphones, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009ZVL7N4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_8m7Azb09BPV7B
I doubt you'd be able to fit a case over the top of it but it's pretty cheap so maybe worth a shot.
Right now just a sun glass microfiber pouch. But there is a leather one I want. But also these things called a fit bag that I feel are very nice.

Honestly it keeps my phone in very good condition and has a small bit of protection when caseless
I went with a card ninja and have never looked back.
You can get adhesive card holders that you can just stick on a case of your choice or on the phone back itself if you like the caseless thing.
Been at it about 15 years ranging from high school and college football, powerlifting, "cardio boxing" but now just trying to be my strongest and look my best, perhaps compete again if I find the right work/life balance.

Recently purchased this as a gym bag and a carry-on day pack when I travel which I suspect will fit both needs for life.
https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-gym-chalk
Bought a single box of eight a few years ago and I'm either collectively on only the first or second block. I left one at the gym and it was probably thrown out (not allowed) and have since sold the rest. It would have lasted me a lifetime deadlifting 1-2 times a week and really only need one application to last a few heavy sets. Chalk is pretty generic, I bought from Rogue because it was cheap and easy, I'm sure it can be found elsewhere.
https://inzernet.com/collections/power-belts/products/forever-buckle-belt™-10mm
My second belt from Inzer of the same style but smaller waist size. Would have opted for the Forever Lever but as I drop or gain weight I wanted the flexibility and avoid readjustment. I haven't tried other brands but Inzer hasn't given me a reason to.

I dual wield my work and personal phone at the gym, one streaming YouTube/Pandora, the other for my workout (5/3/1) reference. The card holders' adhesive is still good but one does not retain cards well anymore since I've stuffed it with as much as 5 cards plus cash. OtterBox are showing their wear (cracked) but no broken phones to date and personally would have to get worse before I decide to send in for replacement.
https://en-us.sennheiser.com/truewireless-details
The reviews online are true, these things have been a pain in the ass sometimes. I put up with the Senns for the better sound quality, noise isolation, and "different" factor over AirPods; mine had the mic recently fail after two years but were more reliable otherwise. Issues include battery drain/dying in charging case (known issue), intermittent connectivity and/or start-up issues (fixed via reset), and silicone inserts needing adjustment sometimes to isolate noise (haven't tried Comply TrueGrips yet). Also, the outer case could have better perceived quality (lid feels loose) but has held up well so far.
Not much to say here, sauna/shower wear. My only criteria is black and solid velcro or no velcro at all as I had on an old Nike pair.
Not shown: Gym/basketball shoes, I deadlift/squat in socks so I really just need something to walk around in otherwise.
Looking to add: My own set of barbell collars, my gym they're either worn out or in use.
OP why don’t you buy a case that has the spot to add a magnet and then use something lik this https://www.amazon.com/CardNinja-Ultra-slim-Adhesive-Credit-Smartphones/dp/B009ZVL7N4 but attach it to a magnet/metal and then you can attach and detach from your wallet like you want?
This is what I got - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075NLX8TV/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I ordered the Rinke MAX which doesn't look too bad in my opinion. I think it will offer some decent protection. It should be shipping today or tomorrow. Here's a link.
I was really hoping Lifeproof was going to make a case for it but I'm a bit doubtful that's gonna happen.
I keep my cards in a card ninja on my phone and I keep my bills and laundry tickets in a magnetic cash clip which opens and lies flat. Way easier than those money clips where you have to fight agains the spring tension to get the money in and out.
This is my current wallet. The sliding to get the cards out is so satisfying and people always comment on it saying they think it's cool. It is very slim and I fit about 7 cards in it. I also added a [pouch] (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ZVL7N4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to the back to keep cash in. Overall, 10/10 would recommend

Yes! I have a good phone case with drop protection rating and when I ride I also have a foam and fabric sleeve the phone goes in before putting in my right hand front shorts pocket. Riding lift service DH. I've crashed waaay too hard on multiple occasions and never had any phone issues. I'm sure if it took a direct hit that was hard enough it could get damaged, but my phones have survived many years of aggressive riding.
Here's the foam case...
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07579YG63?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I don’t use a case and find the phone pretty grippy. I’m not careless though, and also keep it in a sleeve while not in use.. i find the biggest challenge with going caseless is the phone slipping out of pockets, and the sleeve solves that quite easily.
I’m using this sleeve:
fitBAG Beat Gray Custom Tailored Sleeve for Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max | Made in Germany | Fine Nappa Leather Pouch case Cover with Microfibre Lining for Display Cleaning https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XQLQ299/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_3jA0DbBV8N55C
I use the 2nd link you posted at work. Works great.
I also have the Qi-infinity at home. Little more pricey but still works great.
Both those chargers will charge my phone using either of the following cases.
Just get one of these and carry your ID.

I used this one may note 2, until I upgraded to the Note 3. Worked great and didn't come off. Yes I was able to put my big phone in my back pocket with a big case, & this card sleeve. I will be purchasing another http://www.amazon.com/CardNinja-Ultra-slim-Adhesive-Credit-Smartphones/dp/B009ZVL7N4
It’s one of these. I’m quite liking it so far, pulling it out and raising it to look at it usually procs the FaceID and it doesn’t add much bulk for when it’s pocketed.
This is the one I have my eye on:

Yah, I found this one earlier today.
It depends on your preference. I love tempered glass but I went through a lot of screen protectors o find one that worked out well for the nexus 6 (the curved glass creates a problem)
I personally love the Jelly Comb it's been revised and fits on my device perfect. There's no "halo-effect" if you put it on right the first time but because I had to take mine off I did create one when re-applying it.
In terms of cases I bought a few and found that I like one that covers the whole phone and doesn't leave a cut-out for the motorola Logo.
I'm currently rocking a Rinke Max case and I love the way it shows off the nexus logo while still protecting it.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions. :)
I don't have a case on my Note 9. All I have is one of these rubber credit card holders with glue on the back. It makes my phone more grippy so it won't slip off flat surfaces and it holds credit cards and it protects the back from scratches or little particles when I set it down.
I hate cases, they make the phone too bulky. I hate skins, because the phone is beautiful by itself. But I love these credit card holders. I change it every couple months to keep it in excellent condition because the rubber does wear out.
They're also only $1 per unit - even cheaper, too!
Here's an example:

I slap a Card Ninja to the back of my phone and have had ZERO issues the past four years I've been using it. It's been on multiple phone cases (like 4 different phones) and I'm still rocking the same Card Ninja. I've always misplaced my wallet, but I never misplace my phone (shows where my priorities lie), so I've never lost my cards since.
I pack a credit card and drivers license (credit card is easier to report as stolen, and faster to recover any lost money than debit). Otherwise on nights I need a few bills for a cover charge or parking fee, I can stuff fold three bills worth and keep it in there, no issues of stretching out, and after four years I've never found a reason to carry change or cash on me otherwise.

Buy a pouch. I agree with the other comments and I don't understand why but if you want it, there it is.

This one has 2 pockets and it’s only $5.99. Free shipping and all
I have had one of these stuck on the back of my phone case since last Christmas. Holds anywhere from 3 to 7 cards (made out of stretchy yoga pants like material). Cost $13 on amazon.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009ZVL7N4/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_1Ze4tb1DJ9P6C
The phone itself can act as a key via Bluetooth, so no need to carry the card too except as a backup.
That said, they make phone cases that hold cards. Random example, but you'll have to shop for taste.
Or "stickers" like this if you want a more naked look, or to keep your existing case.
I don't like either and just use a slim wallet.
Check out the CardNinja. I had been looking to do the exact same thing with my wallet but I still wanted direct access to the screen for my Moto X's Active Display. It sticks perfectly to the back of my Dizitronic case, and I have had absolutely no problem with anything falling out of it. I've even checked on how hard I had to shake it to make a card slip, and I was afraid of throwing my phone accidentally more than something falling out.
For reference I keep about 5 cards and 5 bills (trifolded) in it at all times.
A+++1!+ fast shipping great seller would buy again.
I go caseless when in use but keep it in this wallet case when it’s in my pocket. No AppleCare + either.
I carry my phone and keys. I carry a briefcase throughout the week, but my phone has one of those sticky card holders. It’s a lifesaver. I hardly every lose my cards anymore. https://www.amazon.com/CardNinja-Ultra-slim-Adhesive-Credit-Smartphones/dp/B009ZVL7N4
My everyday case is a Caseology Legion with a CardNinja Ultra-slim Self Adhesive Credit Card Wallet on the back. Comes up around the edges to protect it, good grip on the hand. It's a bit thick and with the card wallet it is not 100% compatible with the official Samsung round leather fast charger.

I use a sticky case when I'm in the gym, keeps it firmly attached to the squat rack so I don't accidentally step on it or squash it with a plate. I use the Galaxy Note 8 Case, LONTECT Anti-gravity Selfie Case Magical Nano Sticky Hard Case (Sorry, no link)
For a dressy, thinner case I have the Spigen Liquid Air Armor Galaxy Note 8 Case.

Agreed, I go caseless as well as no screen protector. The only thing I use is a neoprene sleeve (like this), similar to the one Google shipped with the Nexus One back in 2010. Makes me feel better about having the phone in my pocket.

My wife has trouble keeping track of her frequently used/needed cards (debit, drivers license, military ID) because she doesn’t like to carry a purse and her wallet is too big for a pocket. So what she found worked for her is to get one of those rubber card sleeves that you stick on your phone, and she keeps them in there. She’s a lot less likely to lose her phone than her cards.
I use one of these. It keeps the phone safe and allows me to use it “naked.”
I've been naked since 2015 with a Nexus 6P. Pixel 2 XL naked since November 2017. I sort of cheat though as I have a pouch when it's not in use. Best of both worlds then. Also the pouch means I have a clean screen every time I go to use the phone.
I used to sell these at my mall kiosk. Id call it a pouch.
Heres a cool one
https://www.amazon.com/Snugg-iPhone-6s-Case-Leather/dp/B00NINN1MA
Or buy one of these.
http://www.amazon.com/CardNinja-Black-Ultra-slim-Blackberry-Smartphones/dp/B009ZVL7N4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1374164997&sr=8-1&keywords=card+ninja
I will just not install it and if they give me a phone I will put it in one of these https://www.amazon.com/Lvfeier-Security-Pouch-Anti-Tracking-Anti-Spying/dp/B07J27D5TJ. They will never fire you or cut your hours unless you are a crap employee. Every Domino’s I have seen can’t keep drivers, can’t keep Management, can’t keep csr’s. We have people that can barely do anything but walk. Some have been fired and hired back multiple times.
I don't use a screen protector either, but I am paranoid about taking the device in and out of my pocket. So I use this as a "pocket liner" to protect the screen:
https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Neoprene-Sleeve-Samsung-Alcatel/dp/B07579YG63/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_yo_pop_mb_pd_t2
I've used a CardNinja for the past 7 years. It forced me to really evaluate what I needed to carry: ID, credit card, health insurance ID, car insurance ID, and $40 emergency cash.
I recently had to replace my phone, so I no longer use the CardNinja. I ordered a Minimo because I want RFID protection.
You could try one is of These. You can get them for free at a lot of trade shows and you can find some cheap ones online. Also would puting the card between case and phone be an option.
