Cobbler’s Last Bookends

Modeled on a century-old cast-aluminum form, the cobbler’s last has been reimagined as a pair of bookends. Once the tool of shoemakers to create bespoke footwear, the last was used to stretch and shape the leather to achieve a custom, and comfortable, fit.
