Please read faq below before purchase 🙂 This is a digital file, no physical item will be shipped how it works 1. select the number of family members (including pets) Their hand-painted characterized portraits will be added to this watercolor floral design 2. please describe: family name, first names, date you want to add a few details for each person: eye color, hairstyle, favorite outfits, accessories for a pet: size, breed, special markings, accessories 3. send a couple of high quality photos of each person/pet via an Etsy message 4. the portrait size is a4 (210×297 mm) or 8,5×11”, 400 dpi 5. turnaround time: 3 weeks from the date you purchased the portrait and send your photos 6. The draft will be sent via Etsy. You have 2 free revision rounds (additional revisions will require an additional fee) 7.
