Brooklyn-based Adam Frank’s exploration of light and shadow has lead to performances, installations and this whimsical alternative to an oil lamp or yet another candle.
The farther the lumen is from the wall, the larger the shadow from the acid-etched form. As the flame flickers, the soft shadow moves about organically.
It’s fashioned from a stainless steel body with a polyethylene base so it will not scratch even the most delicate surfaces.
Comes with two 17-hour liquid wax fuel cells. (Fuel cells are readily available everywhere, so there’s no need to worry of ever ending the flicker!)
Product and packaging are made with recycled or fully recyclable materials.
