Pincushion Pin Cushion Mushrooms Nature Lovers Gift Sewing

These mushrooms remind me of two little umbrellas 🙂 Made with a combination of wet-felted and needle felted wool, the mushroom caps are a medium heather brown color and they have white stems. They grow from a soft mossy mound that is made with wool in a shade of light yellowish-green, and there are wool rocks that have a bit of the moss on them as well. Tiny thread grasses and buds in green and yellow are growing among the rocks. This sculpture is securely attached to a wooden disc on the bottom that’s been sanded smooth and painted dark brown.
