Everything all together was around $50.

We cut the planet tray out of the rest of the tray with a box knife, and we put the strategy cards atop one of the stacks of planets. The victory track we ended up moving to the top of the race boxes so it would lay flat. Other than that, the books and stuff sit on top of everything, and the box closes up no problem. It's considerably heavier than before due to all the added plastic, of course, but it's looking like cleanup and set up will be much easier with this method because all anybody will need to grab is their color box and their race box. These are the One Touch Ultra Pro. I was looking for hard cases to keep/display these cards in, but disliked the look of the screw cases. These utilize a magnet on the top.

Imperial Assault character cards are 4x5 iirc, which is the same as they’re using for the SSD. I think they use that size in something else as well.

4x5 is an unusual sleeve, but 4x6 is not.

Thin sleeves but better than nothing.

Just be very careful when snipping off the last inch with scissors. No need to get too close and damage the cards. Measure and cut separately if you’re worried. Or just leave the extra inch.

100 is a bit excessive, but if you try cutting off the excess you’ll find you go through a dozen or so before you dial in the best method.

You might try a paper cutter at Fedex Office, obviously without the SSD cards in. Wasn’t sure how it would behave on these.

This softball display case has been amazing! You have to fill it up with a ton of sub but it is crystal clear and easy to open!

You have to add ventilation, but that’s very easy! I also have one from Jaimie’s and prefer this tenfold.

You’ve got some good cards there, especially for just starting out. I recommend putting the better cards such as the McDavid, Tkachuk, Larkin, etc rookie cards into a penny sleeve and top loader or a one touch case.

But for a game like Eldritch Horror I noticed setup and tear down was taking too long since I haven't actually labeled them so I ordered this and just got it yesterday. I haven't actually put anything in it and it's a little pricey but not too bad for a sturdy card holder.

Someone posted the other day saying they used a baseball display case. It seemed like a genius idea to me. Just fyi, they recommended golf ball display cases for regular sized minis.

For less display oriented storage you could always get a battle foam case. I just buy some foam and foam tack glue and convert a standard container into a miniature safe container.

Ah, of course sports cards have been doing this for years. Started looking at the screw-down holders, and it led me to some other displays. I could see this 20 slot holding something like the spirit avatars and lieges cycles from Shadowmoor era sets.

More irregular requirements might get me to try my own matting though. Thanks for the advice.
